Greystone at Creekwood

Absolutely beautiful and very kept up, very nice. I love it!! The grass is cut and very green, bushes are trimmed and shaped to look nice. The trees also have gorgeous flowers on them. This community is eye catching.

The best staff and neighbors. I love coming home to this beautiful community. The property is beautiful and the staff makes you feel like family.

Front office ladies are very friendly and always with a smile. Maintenance guys are great and always greeting. It's been a really great time living here

I met and talked to someone living in my section and she is nice. I talked to others in passing. I met residents at the pool also. So far everything is good.

The community is quiet. The fitness center is clean and efficient. Maintenance and the groundskeepers do a really great job at keeping the neighborhood beautiful.

I must admit, this was one of easiest move-ins experienced. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I encountered one slight problem and it was immediately taken care of. I’ve only spent two nights here, but so far we are very happy. Warm, bright, spacious apartment. Clean walls, new carpet, quiet. Professional staff, clean grounds.. will be checking the park and gym out later! So far, everything’s great

My experience at Creekwood has been mostly positive, despite a few issues beyond their control. I've had problems with pests, including a mouse last year and a baby snake in my laundry room just last week, which freaked me out. I've considered moving. However, because the staff in the office and the maintenance team have been great when I call, one of the reasons I am still here is because when I call they treat me with respect, always checking to ensure that I'm okay in the situation, and then responding quickly to take care of any problems.

Everything has been great this past year. We love how quiet our community is and our neighbors are great! We moved here about a year and half ago and we love this small town and complex.

I moved back to GA in July 2023 from AZ. So I've been a resident for over a year, and I can truly say that this is home for me. The community is well kept, the staff is amazing very professional and friendly. I've stayed in different apartment complexes in my life thus far, and Greystone at Creekwood is the best one yet.

Great place to live. Super close to a lot of stores and it’s right next to work for me. The amenities are up to par the pool has been really great this far and has been a great place to meet people.

I love living here. It's in the middle of everything. It's close Walmart which is a plus for me since I go there daily. It's also a few minutes from my work which is a huge plus. The only con I will say is the pool seems to get shut down a lot because of the pump.

Creekwood Phase I has a great staff, clean outside and leaving quarters. The neighbors are also very friendly! It is nice place to start a family.

The community is beautiful and staff is friendly but that’s where the pleasant experience ends for me. When I was in the application stage the office staff was very friendly and was prompt with responses to my inquiries, once I became a resident the responses became very slow. I’ve submitted 3 maintenance requests dating back to May that have yet to be acknowledged. While I enjoy the community I wish the communication was better.

Love the atmosphere here and the community people they are very nice. the gym very nice and you have a place to park your boat or trailer in the apartment is well maintain everything just coincide with each other.

It's been a very positive experience living here anytime I have made a request to get something done it it was carried out with a sense of urgency

We love it here! We are in a great location right between Leesburg and Albany. Me and my husband are both 10 minutes from work, but we don’t feel like we’re in the middle of a busy area.

It’s been a great experience living here so far. Staff is friendly and the amenities are nice. Rent is reasonable. I like the close proximity to work and school.

I’ve been living here for about 3 years now. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The staff here are very responsive and their customer service is excellent.

I’ve had a few appliance issues since moving in last year, but the reason for the 4 stars is because I absolutely love the community. The complex can definitely do better with updating their appliance, locks, and gym access.

The staff is great and always friendly. The surrounding grounds are always well kept. Maintenance requests are dealt with quickly. Very dog friendly community. I have really enjoyed living here. It’s great to have laundry and a fitness center on the property.

Took awhile before maintenance addressed our concern about the leak. Need more maintenance staff. Our unit is old and needs major renovation. Has mold problem too.

Good people, not loud, friendly staff, and the maintenance group performs fast and well. Better than a lot of places I've lived so far. Place is clean too
