Property Ratings at KRC Greenwood
Since moving here 10 months ago I have made many calls, spoken with staff members even been pro active in writing reviews concerning the inadequate system you have here for garbage disposal, parking lot maintenance, courtyard garbage, the filth in the laundry, hallways and stairways all because of the amount of garbage bags that are ignored by staff. It is time to raise the bar, hire a competent staff or get out of the business! This really is a disgusting place and I will continue to be vocal about what you call a community.
If you are thinking about moving to greenwood at Ashley river... DON'T! I'm begging you please don't waste your time here... If you only believe one review please believe mine.. I'm a simple person who doesn't require much but at what point is enough enough? I have been here for 8 months NO ONE has come to fix my dishwasher no one has come to fix the outlets in my kitchen I cannot even plug up my blender my toaster or anything in my kitchen. I've gone to the office about this multiple times nothing has been done for 8 months! Also I am being charged more for water every month and it's not my fault because my toilet is running and they won't come and fix my toilet... THEY KEEP BLAMING IT ON BEING SHORT STAFFED BUT BEING SHORT STAFFED MAKES YOU NOT FIX ANY OF MY ISSUES FOR 8 MONTHS? THAT JUST DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE... There is NOTHING luxury about the apartments at greenwood at Ashley River absolutely nothing... Maintenance and management will string you along so if you want a peaceful place to live don't waste your time here....
Everything about this place is very bad. There is a constant stench in the air and the neighbors are horrible, throwing trash everywhere. Management also does next to nothing other than clean up the areas where potential new residents will be looking instead of actually fixing the fundamental problems with all of the units. These are old buildings and they are falling apart. Do not make the same mistake I did and run away from this place.
I’ve been living her for a few months now and I’m so disappointed with everything. Every problem I’ve had the office refuses to respond to me or my husband. Just not a good place to live
I went by to check things out, trash overflowing in the parking lot, parking spaces limited,talked to a current resident, they don’t fix things around there,it floods and mold are in the units and they know about it!

Is this pool an amenity included with rent or private club. If it is included the pool agreement doesn't seem friendly for the renter nor there guest. Seems to me mgmt is just using this to deter ppl from using the pool

Title speaks for itself. All these 2 bedroom apts listed as available are not. I need to move asap and this is false advertising at its finest. At least they actually picked up the phone unlike some properties.

Landscaping companies are constantly outside keeping the place pretty on the outside and that's refreshing to walk out to! The interiors are clean and spacey, but the paint jobs, outlet set up and plumbing is horrible. Not to mention there are no ceiling fans! Insulation isn't the best either. There is so much closet space and the carpet is soft. It's not too loud either, which is quite nice. There are police who live within the complex and the station is 5 minutes away just incase. It's a very convenient area and overall it is nice. The staff has changed over the last year and they are quite helpful as well.
