Greenwood Apartments

I rented here on a 6-month lease from December 2020 to May 2021. The apartment site has a semi-urban design and feel to it, and the area is lively during the day. The neighborhood is quite cheerful, and very close to the hills. My unit was cross-ventilated by two sets of windows and got plenty of sunlight. It had most amenities, including a microwave. Everything worked well. I needed Maintenance only once, and they were available within 12 hours. The sound insulation from the street and adjacent units is good. The parking, trash-collection, recycling, etc. are standard and regularly serviced. Management is high quality. The rental paperwork was processed smoothly, monthly payments for rent and other services were handled online, and upon my leaving the security deposit was returned quickly and at a very fair rate. A special thank-you to Sandy, the property manager. From the time of signing-up for the apartment to evacuation, and for any questions or concerns, Sandy was unfailingly prompt, courteous, and professional. I left due to moving out of the Upper Peninsula. For anyone seeking an efficiently run apartment at reasonable cost, and at convenient location, this complex is recommended highly.

Sandy Made the move in process so easy and effortless. Got approved within 1 hour, on the same day! Moved in the next day. Sandy is so nice and has a wonderful charisma. Apart from being a great property Manager, Always on top of things. she truly is a good person. Apartment was Spotless! I have anxiety and always clean before moving in anywhere but it was literally Spotless. Anyways hope someone finds this helpful. God bless. Neighbors are nice quiet and keep to themselves. Laundry room is clean. Location is perfect. There’s a dollar tree across the way and a 24 hour Walgreens. Woohoo. Most importantly this location is Safe(: good luck

I moved into Greenwood Apartments in August of 2020 and have loved every second of my experience here! Sandy, the property manager is literally the best. Coming out of college I searched for months for affordable housing in the Bay Area. Thankfully, Greenwood and Sandy were here to help! The neighborhood is nice and quite, neighbors are all very friendly and my studio is all I could ask for. If I ever have any questions or concerns, Sandy is just a call or a text away! If you are looking for affordable and comfortable living in the Bay Area this is definitely the spot for you!

My son and me lived for a year in Greenwood Apartments - San Carlos, and was a good experience. great location and awesome service and support provided for the assigned manager Sandy. She was 7/24 providing info and support for all our needs as renters. Have just good things to day about her and our experience. The only reason why we moved was looking for a bigger space for me and my kid. Keep doing the great job you do!!!

I love my apartment. It’s an older building but they did a really good job with the renovations. Sandy, the property manager is always on top of things and if I ever need anything fixed she makes sure it is done quickly.

This was just what I needed it when I moved out to San Carlos. I just got a new job and I wanted something not too pricey. Unfortunately I had to give the apartment up because I suddenly had to move back due to family emergency. Sandy, who showed the apartment was a great help in every way. Any questions I had she was very very helpful. This was my first time renting an apartment and I was not disappointed. The place is very clean and newly updated. Greenwood apartments is definitely a place to look into if you are renting in the area.
