The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Greentree Apartments
Management is very rude. They own multiple properties that house very similar units units but different prices. The more expensive units are TERRIBLE. Management made the process of moving in very difficult. Left after the first year lease.
I lived at Greentree for two and a half years, having just moved out to relocate for a new job. I can genuinely say that it was a great (and peaceful) place to live. Given my living experience, the quality of the apartment, and the price point, I can definitely recommend living there. I lived in one of the newer 1 bed/1 bath flats, so everything was in great condition. They are small (in terms of square footage), but the space is used effectively. (The kitchen serves as a hallway of sorts, but it’s not a cramped space). The size also results in a lower electricity bill, especially if you’re using energy efficient bulbs. On that, I don’t recall seeing another apartment with so many lights (tasteful floodlights throughout) and power outlets (literally two or more sets per wall, excluding the bathroom), so having enough light or finding a place to plug in was never an issue. The kitchen is nice, with black appliances, high quality cabinets and drawers, and deep sinks (plus a sweet backsplash). My experiences with the management and maintenance teams were great. Kim and Jessica were always nice, informative, and (most importantly) honest. I only had 2 or 3 maintenance issues during the entirety of my stay, but the maintenance guys were friendly and prompt each time. The upkeep of the grounds is great as well. For the duration of my stay, I only had two noise issues, which were tactfully handled by management. Outside of that, I never had any issues with my neighbors or other residents. There were a few package lockers that were recently installed, but I never had any issues with packages left at my front door beforehand.
This is not a good place to live. Maintenance is okay, but management is poor.
Absolutely wonderful place to rent! So quiet and peaceful! Maintenance issues are always taken care of on time and management is great! No other place in Starkville I would live! My family and I have enjoyed it so much living here and I always know my kids are safe and actually have a yard to play in. Full time security also which is perfect!
Management here is absolutely rude. Change policies to get more money. Conveniently forget conversations. Have everything in writing!
