Property Ratings at Greensferry Landing Apartments
This complex is well located within walking distance to Walmart, shopping areas, restaurants, grocery stores, medical facilities, police and even local elementary and high schools. It's soon to feature overpass access to the other side of the city, which will make it even more conveniently located. The complex is well maintained with weekly lawn care (and snow removal in winter) and the off-site management/staff are excellent. There are one-, two- and three-bedroom units available, both ground level and upstairs, and each apartment comes with a small (8x8 foot, I believe) storage shed. It's a cats preferred complex, although service dogs are permitted. As far as inside amenities, the GE appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher) are the BEST I've ever had in an apartment (only no microwave) and closets are fairly adequate (no coat or linen closets). Really, this is one of the best apartments locally for this price. Garages are available for a monthly fee. Oh, and the complex offers free Wi-fi internet service. All in all, this has been a nice place to live for the past three years.
