Property Ratings at Greenlink Residences
Current resident here, I have lived here for a bit now. I am very unhappy with my experience. When we moved in the apartment was still being cleaned by their cleaner, carpets were wet from just being cleaned that morning (and VERY stained) Our unit had been vacant for over a month prior to our move in so there is no excuses there, unprofessional. As time has gone on it is obvious there are many issues here. Management is very unprofessional and likes to not respond to you, even when it is an urgent matter. Maintenance is very kind but clearly understaffed and unorganized. Hallways and elevators smell like weed, Cars stolen and broken into frequently and management does not care to clean broken glass from it, Loud music at all hours. The list goes on, I wish I could go into more detail but because I am a current resident, I don’t want it to affect my current living situation. Just be aware that the 5 star reviews you see are false, they give you $10 to leave a positive review.
I love how pretty and spacious the apartments are!! It’s a safe area and the management/maintenance is pretty good!!! Clean neighborhood, kind staff and good people! Highly recommend!!!
