Current resident. Management in only in the office two days a week for half a day so impossible to get ahold of. Maintenance ignores maintenance requests or says they fixed the problem but the problem is still there. It’s the hottest week (feels like 100) and our a/c doesn’t work and maintenance won’t come fix it. Top it all off there is something scratching around in the ceiling but they won’t come check it out. Stay far far far away. Too expensive for how crappy they are.

We have rented for 3 years here. The only reason we have stayed is it is a large apartment and we have 3 children. If not for the 3 bedrooms, we would have bolted the first week we were here. The current ownership is AWFUL. The pool is a swamp, literally. It is green and currently 5 ducks live in it. It takes months to get any maintenance done, if they even do it. There are many older residents here but they all have huge lists of repairs that will never be done, from torn carpets to cracking and falling apart linoleum, leaky sinks, leakey roofs, air conditioners that do not work etc. A number of residents have filed complaints with the city compliance office and that gets the management to do a few things but a couple weeks later it all stops. This should be a nice place to live but the management does not care. It's shameful.

Current residents. We have been here since April and I really love it. They are very friendly and when I have questions or concerns, they are very timely with a response. The price of the apartments are very reasonable. The size of the apartments are outstanding.

I am getting ready to sign my second lease and we are very happy with all the changes I am seeing. It is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. In this day and age, this is precious and cherished, I would recommend this place.

Place is falling apart, the owners are cheap, management lies, they stop paying their contractors. Going to crap and getting worse

be very careful if you are thinking about living here!! nothing gets repaired, trouble w/ ac in summer , furnace in winter. pool is hardly ever open, when it is ,is dirty, no decent furniture, clubhouse is filthy,grass is never mowed in timely manor, wont run sprinklers,trees never trimmed,plowing not done in winter, rules never enforced. I lived there 8 years, made many upgrades, management hasn't given me my deposit back!!!! my unit is in better shape than when I moved in!!! continue to raise rent, and do less and less each year. neighbors had black mold, management didn't treat properly, tenants had to take care of problem themselves. people are moving out due to mounting problems. this property used to be the best in Elkhart, is going downhill very fast. please consider all of this before signing a lease

This is a great place to live! The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room kitchen, large living room. Also has heated garage.i live here with my mom and we may have to move if we don't get some help.

Pleasant place to live. It has large rooms and a heated garage. Is much like a small ranch house. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sure could use some help with the rent.
