Property Ratings at Green Tree Apartments
Management is poor and tricky. They surprise you with fees and evictions and stupid rules like you cannot park in your own assigned parking space for more than a week…during a pandemic….also had maintenance come in at least five times….during the pandemic…..for unrequested work orders. I have never felt I needed a lawyer to sign a lease until renting from this unfortunate place
The full size washer/dryer is great. The apartments are warm in the winter. Maintenance is very responsive and the manager is awesome. Highly recommend these apartments.
