Property Ratings at Greenacres Village
Management and staff are great, however if you have neighbors that like to talk outside be prepared to hear all of their conversation! Due to the poor sound insulation you can hear everything from the outside. Coming home from a long days work to hear your neighbors talking for hours while they are outside and you inside is not pleasant. Other than that it's ok.
This is our first apartment. The rent is great price is 620 it is worth it because it has a lot room it is one bedroom and bathroom. Feel like am live in a house it is so nice I would recommend any one to try this place out. I promise it is great place . Has great people around area and we are close to everything Walmart etc save gas too
My apartment complex is a very great place to live, it's a extremely quiet, the property is very well kept, the rent is affordable, and maintenance, is there on the double when things need to be repaired, also management is very kind and friendly, I absolutely love the cubit feet that I have in my apartment and I'm proud to say that it's a very nice place to call home.
I have lived in this complex for just under 2 years, and I will never refer this place to anyone again. Customer service is only existent when it is convenient for the management, "renovation" projects get started and either not completed or rushed to finish with low-quality results, and the maintenance team is a COMPLETE JOKE. --Upon move-in, we notated the sliding glass door wouldn't lock. Repair response: "Push harder." --The bolts holding the toilet to the floor were broken and very loose. The repair was to replace the large bolts with small butterfly bolts less than the size of a pencil. Needless to say, the toilet now rocks back and forth like a see-saw. Repair response: "Toilet fixed. No more problem." --The air vent in our bathroom randomly decides to dump - not leak, but DUMP - water down onto the floor as if the upstairs tub was draining directly through our ceiling. This is even more upsetting because I have made many maintenance requests online, in person, and via phone and this one someone always gets ignored like I've never said anything. And I know it's because it's not going to be a simple fix-it job the maintenance man's 5 year old kid can do like the rest of the repairs around here. Price wise? This place seemed good. But for this quality and this level of self-respect for their own property? It's a complete dump hole. Don't bother even looking into this place. You will definitely regret it!
