Green Acres is NOT a good place to live. Don't be fooled by what you see on the outside. The WORST problem is the mice and roach infestation. Residents steal other residents packages that get delivered and left in the main lobby. The front door is never locked. There is supposed to be a security code to get in. It stopped working 2 years ago and the office mgmt is aware and hasn't a thing to fix it!! As well as other doors that are supposed to be locked. Anybody can just walk in off the street. They don't seem to care they're putting residents safety at risk. Residents walk their dogs all over the property and won't clean up the poop. There are cans with bags to be used and still they won't use it. Even though it's the rule. Majority of the maintenance and housekeeping live here and they don't even help keep the property clean. You can never reach office staff on the phone. You tell them about any issues you're having. They act like they care, but they do NOTHING!!! M3 mgmt is the worst!!! All they care about is collecting rent. I can't wait until my lease is up and I am out of this place!!! I wouldn't recommend GA to ANYONE!!! My advice is, DON'T waste your time& money. Because I can guarantee that you will be highly disappointed you moved here. If you read all the different reviews about GA. Just about all the residents say the same thing. GA is awful. Oh, there's Always problems with the heat in the winter. Weeks and days without heat or hot water. I could go on. Just remember. Rent at your own risk.

They are heavily infested with mice and any bug you can think of. From roaches, to spider crickets, to even centipedes. I've had an ant infestation last year due to the balcony door not being fixed at the bottom allowing insects to just walk right in our apartment. Maintenance is a problem and managment does not care about their tenants. They care more about when your rent is paid. Please don't be fooled by the new playground and grill area this place sucks

Maintenance does not respond in a timely manner. The rental office is flippant about your concerns. Corporate is unresponsive. Do not move here!

It’s been a nightmare since day one. They have many different floor plans but most does not look like this! I was lied to about which apartment I was getting then delay my move in by two weeks and gave NOTHING like what I was shown! They was changing my rent every other month! Literally! Non of my appliances ever worked properly. They are infested with mice even having a cat and no clutter. They refuse to repair or replace anything. Charges for water but cannot get a washer or dryer unless you lucked up with an apartment with one. Laundry facilities are dirty. Washers always broken. Stay away!

The truth is, I lived here 10 years ago, the previous owners were better than those of now, the apartments are all empty around me, everyone is gone because the rent went up a lot and not only that they charge water, it depends on what you spend. And the worst thing is that there is dog poop everywhere you go and they do nothing there are spoonfuls of mice all my life I am putting poison for rats and cockroaches and it disappears but they come back because other people do not do anything in their apartment they wait for it the maintenance guys come and they never come. Not rosy we will also leave we are already tired

I’ve lived here since 2018. New owners took over in early 2020. Management is awful. Maintenance is delayed and the rental office is nonchalant about requests. It’s Nov 1st and I’m still without heat. Not to mention they raised the rent during an international pandemic.

the new owner of the apartments. They have already started charging up to the amount of water you use and the worst thing is that there is hardly any water. Many left the apartments and it is empty, the apartments have become unsafe there are mice and cockroaches it has cost me to exterminate this new manager worries about taking the money from the tenants, and I do not know why some are charged more for water and others less and we raised our rent, some raised more and others less.

I have been a resident at Green Acres for 7 months now. I love my apt. I've read other reviews that weren't good. Fortunately, I have only positive things to say about living Green Acres. When I have a maintenance request,they respond quickly. I live in a quiet bldg. Although,the hallway walls could use some painting. I haven't had ANY rodent problems. Upon moving here,that was a big concern. Mgmt assured me there were none in my apt. I love the closet space. When I have guests,they're amazed how big the apt is being a one bedroom. I would and have recommended GA to anyone looking for a new place to call home. And the neighborhood is great!!! Very quiet and is among a lot of homeowners. Also,shopping plaza is within walking distance. No place is perfect and GA could use some repairs here and there which I intend to inform the leasing office about. Overall,I'm very satisfied with my apartment.

Mice coming out of my oven, eating through and ruining all my stuff poop literally all over the floors, my bed, clothes absolutely not livable. Their is constant things breaking nonstop, management are such a headache to deal with... DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE AND MOVE TO GREEN ACRES ITS A TERRIBLE PLACE!!!

From mice infestations, things in the apartment constantly breaking, too crazy neighbors blasting music at 4 o'clock in the morning. The secretary in the office providing over false information. What a difficult place to deal with and live. I whould not reccomend this place to anyone...

They switch management like 3 times they just kept firing people. Maintenance takes forever to be done. It’s suppose to be a locked complex, the front door doesn’t lock anymore so anyone can come in, the back door to the complex near the parking lot is locked and the only key they give you to unlock it doesn’t unlock it so you gotta walk all the way to the front to get in half way around the complex. Their is A/C but only in the summer so they will turn it on when it starts to get hot outside cause it controls the building. So during the summer when it was 75-85 degrees outside they turned the heat on so we in here burning up and couldn’t turn on any air cause they already switched it to heat for the winter which 2-3 months away.

I'm guessing my previous review was deleted, and maybe this one will be deleted also, but I truly hate living here. It is the absolute worst and I pray that the day my lease is over comes sooner b/c it is just terrible. I've had issues since I moved here in June 2016, and what a mistake it was to renew my lease. Please don't take any of my words lightly. SERIOUS rodent and pest problem. Drains constantly clogging. I've had the same leak since July 2016, which was supposed to be addressed but it's been over a year. Management is TERRIBLE. They are unorganized and unprofessional. I wish I could leave right now. Living here is not worth it, and please do not just settle for this place if you don't HAVE to b/c you will regret it. I know I do.

The apartment size and layout are great, lots of closet space but there's no A/C, they do t even offer it units to you, they do have ceiling fans. Quiet and clean neighborhood.
