The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Grayton on Dean
Do not rent here you can find a more suitable residence for much cheaper. There are roaches, they do not provide good customer service, and you will not recieve any of your deposits back. Becareful the staff is friendly at first but once you sign the lease it is different. The apartment is old and the renovations are poorly executed and it is very clear walking in. The walls and floors scratch up very easily and you will be charged for small minor scuffs. There are several issues with the apartment for example the a/c went out and they did not fix it until days later after they claimed someone would be out there the same day. They act friendly but they have no issue taking every penny you have so if you live here make sure you leave it in better condition than what it was when you moved in.
Been here since they were courtyards. Watch them change hands thru several companies..saw the evolution..At one point all of the apartments was old and now has been completely remodeled which was needed..maintenance and management seems very responsive to any issues and works with you when you speak to them. If you give good to them you get good back as with any human or company. I'm satisfied and feel better and safer about being here more so than I did 10 years ago. Rates are up but they are competitive in comparison to the other apartments..plus your getting a new one..Keep up the good work! R.D.
We will get problems in the apartment Unit each and every week. And sometimes you will wake up to see the apartment is completely flooded. The manager of the property I guess not even a percent nice to actually solve the problem in the apartment of helpful.
