Located about 30 miles northwest of Bakersfield in Kern County, Delano is an agricultural town renowned for its produce, primarily table grapes. Delano also contains two California state prisons, Kern Valley State Prison and North Kern State Prison.
Delano is home to a diverse population, which shares a strong sense of community and a solid work ethic. Property Ratings at Grapevine Villa
My husband and I just moved in to this complex, we love it here! The whole property is so clean, the maintenance staff is always professional and the ladies in the office Alicia and Michelle are the most welcoming office staff we have met. It has been a short 2 months but very peaceful and full of happiness.
As a resident of three years at Grapevine Villa I must share the beautiful changes in the last year with Alicia and her new staff have been very delightful. Alicia and Michelle have truly made Grapevine a resort living community.
I’ve been touring a couple of places in Delano and Bakersfield and I have to say this property literally WOW! The entire property is resort style and the office staff were so amazing and professional! They even gave me complimentary coffee while I toured with them. I submitted my application and I will be moving in by the need of the month! I’m soooo excited ! Definitely will be referring ALL my family and friends who are looking for a new place!
The staff at Grapevine Villa were very helpful and attentive. The property speaks for itself, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering relocating in the future.
