Property Ratings at Granite Landing
I gave Granite Landing a rating of excellent because of how well the property is maintained, how fast management is with taking care of any maintenance issues, how nice the apartments are and just all around how much the property managers seem to care not only about the property but also their tenants. The apartments are well maintained, grounds are very well taken care of, pool is maintained and kept clean of any debris that has gotten in it due to storms or from tenants and I feel it's not only a safe environment but also friendly and quiet. Love living here. My hats off to management you're doing great!
