About Grandview Townhomes
Grandview is a very small private complex existing of 31 town homes, located in the village of Alden. Alden is on the eastern edge of Erie County, minutes away from Lancaster. Alden provides a quaint rural atmosphere. Grandview is within walking distance to many of the villages conveniences such as the Town park which offers a kiddie pool, play grounds, exercise track, pavilions, skate park, basket ball court, as well as many sports activities in the summer and winter. The village also has a wonderful public library that is right around the corner. The village triangle offers band music concerts and art shows. The middle and high school is also within walking distance. It has brand new tennis courts and a running track. The farmer's market in the summer months offers a large variety of local fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as homemade jams and crafts. In addition to activities, Alden also offers close proximity shopping such as Rite Aid, Henry's candy, Tops, Dollar store, Save A Lot, Valu, Tractor Supply and much more. With our top-ranked schools, rich farmland, strong business opportunities and a wide array of active community organizations, the Town of Alden is a fantastic place to live, work and play.
