Grande Oaks Parc

An excellent community, really only negative is trying to turn left in Clement’s Ferry. This must be addressed soon as Clement’s Ferry is experiencing tremendous growth.

Love Living Here! The Ammenities are Great! It's Very Dog Friendly! The gym is very well stocked and maintained and the pool is Beautiful!!!

Love the workers and the people here everyone is so nice and sweet and the only thing would make it kinda cheaper to live here for one person.

Living here has been a great time. I have a dog and having such a dog friendly community makes living here so much fun! Everyone is friendly and considerate. They have beautiful amenities and everything is very well taken care of.

Good experience so far just moved in. Did find a roach and a palmetto bug a day after we moved in., which was annoying. Other than that everything has been great.

I've lived here before and loved it for the most part. Moved back recently and living on the top floor now. I see myself staying for the long haul

I love it here! Aside from the spectacular view from my apartment, the amenities are fantastic. The maintenance team has been quick and professional too.

The best place ever! I feel so safe and have no complaints. I am enjoying Grande Oaks Parc amenities like going to the gym or playing a game of pool. Everyone in the office is so helpful and kind!

I love my apartment! Exactly as pictured!! The amenities are really nice. The staff are always helpful and quick to respond. The community is quiet but has a lot of activities you can join!

I think it’s a great place to live but trying to make a left turn out of the complex onto Clements Ferry is very hard (please get us a stoplight), and the leasing office smell is assaulting.

It's been great! Everyone has been very helpful and always available to answer questions. They've made us feel right at home! We would love to see more community social events to get to know our neighbors.

The complex sits on a peninsula in the marshland. Literally feels like I live in the marsh. The surroundings are completely natural woods and water. So calming and quiet. The clubhouse and pool are gorgeous.

As I opened the door to my new apartment home three years ago...I gasped! Heaven welcomed me. From the charming foyer I could view the Marsh I ran to the screened in porch to take in this panorama in more detail...tidal marsh ever changing! And just a stones throw from my porch! As I turned around I saw a wonderfully planned common area, spacious living room, nice area for a dining space and a kitchen . Kitchen was well appointed, remarkable cabinetry. Lots! So nicely planned with an island . I love it here. Wonderful space, great views, excelled staff ...both administrative and maintenance. Notification of any concern is attended to immediately. . . Always pleasant always helpful. The complex is well maintained , quiet and welcoming. What also amazes me is that the rental fees are very good in comparison to similar complexes in the area. Come visit...you may not want to leave. Lucky me. And you know, us New England transplanted folks are very particular... Enough said.

I came to look at a one bedroom and the staff was so friendly. The complex is clean and it is beautiful. There is not a lot of noise. It was easy application process and I was able to get it done and in my new apartment within a day.

Great combination of amenities including pool & elevator. Office and maintenance staff are nice. Needs landscaping beyond clubhouse & 1st apartment building.

It's been a great place to live and i would definitely recommend Grande Oaks Apartments to anyone! The pool and community areas are great. Also the apartments are very spacious with tons of storage!

We have been overjoyed and comfortable here, we even recommended it to a couple of friends who have recently moved in as well. We love the atmosphere and the community.

So far I’m extremely happy with Grande Oaks. Emily has been amazing and very helpful. We had a couple issues moving in but they are doing everything they can to resolve the issues as soon as possible.

Would like to see pine straw or mulch maintained everywhere. Other than that, place is peaceful to live. Clubhouse is awesome. Pool and grilling area is very nice.

I love how organized and clean is everything. It make it look nice and such a peaceful space to be. My apartment is beautiful and I love to be living here.

I love it here! Lovely neighbors, always enough parking, valet trash runs on time, maintenance is EXCELLENT at being timely and making sure we're taken care of, property management and leasing agents are so very kind and helpful, the property is very well kept, I could go on. I'm proud to be a resident here and to call this community home, and my friends cannot believe the fair rental pricing for what we receive. Highly recommend!

Every one we've met has been friendly. Staff is responsive & helpful. We seem to have good people as neighbors. Plenty of parking near our building. No complaints!

The complex is wonderful with amazing ammenities and staff! I have met many wonderful neighbors and enjoy having fun at the pool for a swim and cookout

Great community of very kind people. The leasing staff has been nothing but fantastic and courteous. The walls are a bit thin but other than that, it's a great place. Clean and safe.

Amenities and overall upkeep of the property are great. They could have more community events and have a tighter grip on security measures. The views are beautiful and the apartments are nice as well.

Great experience! Emily was super helpful anytime I had a question! When I turned in my move-in condition form they immediately put in a maintenance request for me. Great staff! Highly recommend!

I've only been here a week so far, but everyone has been nice and accommodating! The apartment is spacious, access is easy with the apps to open gate/ doors, and the large elevator made move-in pretty simple compared to most complexes. I'm excited to enjoy all the amenities here as well - pool, poker table, gym, and a MOVIE ROOM?? I'll probably be recommending this place to all my friends

Moving in is hassle free and everyone on staff is incredibly helpful! The area feels incredibly safe and it remains quiet during all hours of the day.

I think it’s great here but the dog bags are very far away and the elevators are super slow. They have a great gym and lounge area however, the smell inside the building is extraordinarily strong. Also the way to get into the apartment complex is through an open gate during the day but the gate to get out of the complex is always shut which is very strange and quite cumbersome.

So far everyone is really nice and helpful! The apartment was really clean and the views - spectacular. And the concierge trash pick up was a great surprise !

Good place to live. Quiet. Love the pool and other amenities. Only drawback is turning left on Clements Ferry Road in heavy traffic. It can be a challenge.

When you try to talk to somebody about the hallways being dirty, nobody listens people to trash on the floor The apartment complex does not enforce the rules

The management team has been responsive to any issues I've had, and the maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. I also appreciate the community events that are hosted, as they provide a great opportunity to meet my neighbors and feel connected to the community.

Not only is there dog poop everywhere there is also trash and beer cans. My experience with many of the other residents and the dog park have not been good. Also many people continue to walk their dogs off leash even after multiple reminders from the office that they are not supposed to do that. Also the weed smell. There are some days it’s so overpowering that it stinks up the whole neighborhood.

Great community, great atmosphere. Would like for people to pick up their dog poop more. Great amenities and cool use of apps for the community.

Great area, great amenities some of the best and most friendly leasing staff I’ve met. Application and moving process was quick and easy. Lots of community events make it pretty fun to live here.

It’s been great here so far. I like that’s it’s close to everything that is needed without feeling like you are downtown. We’ve had a good experience so far.

Great, clean, and fun place. I would recommend this place for all types of people. There are thing for everyone. The events are added fun! Not sure why the exit gate is closed in the AM when the entry gate is open.
