Grand Riviera Miramar

This place gives you a place to stay and a LIFETIME OF FEES! i applied to live here and within two days of applying and being approved they raised my rent 400$. Said water was included in my lease and two months into living there they decided to charge us anyway. I showed up to sign papers and get keys, no one went over anything with me, i was handed keys, brought to the house and they left without saying a word. so many things were broken upon move in (back door barely opened and did not lock, blinds in the shower molded and broken etc etc). They never gave me heads up on fees upon move in, we paid around 1500$ for application fees, new renter fees or whatever else they came up with, i asked if there was anything else we owed and they told me no, two days later said i owe them another 1500$ and a late fee for it even though I was never informed. we had water damage and black mold from a leak for EIGHT MONTHS because the constant calling to get it fixed they never came out until our last two months living there. now upon move out they are charging us to fix the damages that were there when we moved in (yes we sent in maintenance requests, no they never came to fix it) and charging us 2000$ to replace the carpet from the water damage they never came to fix. THEN to make things even better, before i turned in the keys we made sure everything was paid in full, then a few weeks later i get a 300$ charge for water and trash (and valet trash that they DO NOT PROVIDE) for the last month in the house but I paid all of that in full before turning anything in. Obviously im moved somewhere else now so i can only contact them by phone and they have not answered the phone at all, have not answered my emails, and have not answered my texts. This place has horrible service and they only want your money. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I am extremely disappointed with Grand Riviera/ The Connor Group. After being a loyal tenant for two years. I requested a transfer to another one of their properties. Despite my impeccable payment history and responsible tenancy, my request was denied without any reasonable explanation. To make matters worse, due to a matter beyond my control, I was forced to leave and they wrongly charged me for rent I did not use, which has ruined my credit for the next seven years. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive, showing a complete lack of understanding or care for my situation. It is disheartening to see a company treat long-term tenants so poorly. I expected much better support and flexibility from a company that claims to value its residents. I forgot to mention how poorly the community is maintained, and how dirty the apartments are at move in. I would not recommend Grand Riviera or any of the properties under The Connor Group to anyone looking for a reliable and considerate leasing experience. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. You will be forced to renew your lease or you will have a long list of move out charges.

New management at Grand Riviera has been awesome. For starters, they always answer the phone, which I can say the last management company never did. Property is looking better & better as timed goes on. Ladies in the office are helpful & they seem to really care about the people who live here.

El peor sitio donde he vivido en la Florida, todo sucio, un mes para repararme El toilet de la habitación principal. El A/C dejo de enfriar desde julio y nunca lo van a arreglar, la respuesta de Tracy del Leasing office fue que no era una emergencia y la ley no la.obligaba a reparar el A/C, basura acumulada por 3 días en frente de las unidades, hormigas ??, el Gate nunca sirve y la atención del personal terrible! nunca saben nada.

We were denied an apartment there yet we can go out and buy a $100,000 car right now. It was TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS PER APPLICANT TO EVEN APPLY THERE, they are ridiculously rude, they say “legally” every other sentence, they won’t give us the application fee back because we were denied yet we have all the documentation to prove that we could be approved yet they did not want to see or hear about it. Tracey the person I spoke to kept going and going on about us being denied yet WOULD NOT GIVE THE TIME OF DAY TO HELP US DISPUTE OR HEAR ANYTHING! Once you’re denied they could care less about you, they say “we sent it to a non-biased company and they make the decision” seems biased because as soon as they denied us they didn’t want to talk to us anymore. No criminal charges or anything on our background

The apartment was disgusting when I moved in and the appliances, blinds, doors and shower needs to be replaced. Management won't respond to your requests or leave the office to come see your issues and the gate has not worked since moving in. So much for luxury living. stay away from this place

This is the worst apartment ever don’t trust the 4.5 stars they are made by the front office. Run away this place is dirty as hell don’t move into the townhomes run away.

Bell Miramar Apartments is a Safe, Quiet, Gated Community to live in with friendly, respectable neighbors who don't steal from one another and the parking lots are lit up at night; and the parking lot does not flood during stormy, raining days. And Maintenance Is Quick and Good at repairing any problems that may arise. They also answer the same day and repair the same day, from my knowledge. My use of Maintenance has been very little to none, throughout each year of my residency; and I'm very happy and pleased to be a grateful part of this Mixed Community of decent, working people who do not argue with their neighbors, that I know of. GOD Bless Us Always. It's truly a Nice, Cozy Place To Live and to call Home. XO

Construction allowed on weekends!!! Office dont call you back ! It took my 2 hours of about 30 calls and no one answered the phone !!!

Bell Miramar has been a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly, maintenance guys are very helpful and we are close to stores.

I have been a resident of Bell Miramar since 2014 and I can honestly say that the community is well kept and anytime I have a maintenance request it is fixed in less than 2 hours. It is also a quiet neighborhood and a great community to raise your family.

We have been tenants at Bell Miramar for several years. We feel pretty safe. There are a lot of horror stories out there regarding rental communities, Bell Miramar is not one of them.

Excellent community with an excellent location. Closed to major supermarkets, pharmacies, Restauranrs, Mall, Turnpike and I-75

Let me just say if I had an opportunity to buy this apartment I would. If the staff could stay along the process it would be icing on the cake. I have been living in the complex for years and still satisfied. My friends and family always compliments the place. I remember one day I couldn't get inside my apartment, maintenance and leasing office members arrived in record time to save me. I truly feel bless and appreciated Love the place and admired the staff!!

I really enjoy living here, it's beautiful, nice and quiet. What I love about it the most is the walls are not thin. Therefore, you can not hear your neighbors at all. One thing, I don't like is the buildings are not pressure as often as needed. Bell Miramar Don't pressure clean windows and the sliding doors. I put in several requests, but I'm still waiting...

Not happy with the maintenance time of response. Very turned off!

The Town home properties exterior needs an upgrade and you need to come up with a better trash system

'-sewer by the office needs to be fix, cars make loud noise when they drive over it. It interrupts the sleep in the middle of the night and with long time it's damaging the cars suspension. -Cars drive fast by the entrance @ all times. -No need to pick up trash, is expensive and your admin fees are not fair, people leave trash outside their apt door and the smell is awful and trash on the hallways. -Their is a need for a more detail brake down of the water usage, is to general and tenants are unsure if the charge is fair.

If you are searching for a secured, peaceful, comfortable, clean, spacious home, look no further because Bell Miramar has ALL you need. Maintenance is very rare however "if" it is needed, Bell Miramar has the best team. The office staff is also very friendly and very helpful. Location is also convenient. Everything you could possible need is in close proximity. You do not have to go far for anything, unless you want to. Good environment to be in during this pandemic. I love calling this place "Home".

I moved in about (2) weeks ago and I love it!!! The office staff have Great Customer Service Skills. The community is quite and everything you need as far as stores or restaurants is literally minutes away. Ms. Tanya, works in the leasing office here is the BEST!!! Make sure if your looking for somewhere to call home you come by and check out this Great Oasis of a Community and ask for Ms. Tanya or any of the Great staff in the office.

Bell Miramar is a peaceful and quiet community. Ive been here for four months, and Im enjoying the stay.

Bell Miramar is a nice safe community to live in I have been living here for over two years. I love the fact that the maintenance staff is on call and keep the outside clean.

Too high with little to no amenities. Its not kept up like before. Go elsewhere

Overall, Bell Miramar is a great community.

From the outside everything looks clean and nice. However once you move in and begin to make rent payments no one will ever address any issues or concerns you have at this property. We have a dryer that does not work properly, our living room blinds have several pieces that are either dirty or broken this has been this way since we moved in. One of our showers is so dirty that we have not even used it since we moved in. All the windows through out the apartment are extremely dirty on the outside, several if them also have broken screens which allows many more bugs in. These are just a few of the issues we reported! We entered work orders for all of these issues 3 weeks ago an none of them have been addressed, as i mentioned before not even an email or a phone call to let us know that there is an intention to do so.

I love this place. I have been living in the complex for a bit over 7 years. I thought I was the only tenant who have lived here this long. But I recently met another person who claimed to be living here for 14 years. I love the atmosphere, the cleanness of the building and staff engagement with tenants. I know when I called the office Andy will get things done to satisfy my request.

Office is so rude. The men that work there talk to you as if you were stupid. Tanya is the only person that has ever been helpful and respectful.

Clean professional environment would recommend to anybody looking to rent . Staff are very helpful and professional and will answer any questions you have .

I am completely dissatisfied with Bell Miramar. The office staff and maintenance do not follow through with your request and concerns. The property is becoming run down and there is trash through out the property all of the time. It seems there is no concern for the residents and rent is way too high for the style and care of living.
