Parking is readily available around or near your apartment. Management does a great job of communicated with residents about doing their part. Garbage pick up is easy. So far, office staff have been approachable. Should have more options where carpets aren't in bedrooms.

I love it here at Grand Reserve. It is a beautiful community. My physical therapist says "Your apartment area is like a resort community, it's lovely and your neighbors are so friendly! I love it here." The staff both office and maintenance are great, easy to communicate with, always quick to respond to requests and always friendly and helpful. Again, I love it here!

Great community, maintenance and office staff are terrific. Units could use upgrades in lighting, counters, painting of cabinets..... especially lighting. Otherwise no complaints.

Don’t move here, a waste of time and money. For the amount being paid every month you can’t even be free in your own home. Have to tip toe, and not let your dog play freely in their own home. Walls and floors are too thin. This complex is for older people, don’t move here if you’re young. Also neighbors and office are very nosey and always in your business. Office management sucks and just money hungry.

I don’t think you could find a better community to live in. This is five star in every way. They are a caring, hard working, very clean, beautiful community with an incredible maintenance and office team that all work together to provide too notch service, the grounds are stunning, it feels like a home not an apartment, the walking path around the lake is so pretty with the fountain and everyone is friendly you meet, the pool is soft salt water and always clean and warm and has a fun grilling area with hammocks, the property is maintained and impressive, the sound installation is great I hear no one on any side or above me, the gym has everything you could need even boxing, the computers are always available. I’ve lived here 5 years and could never imagine leaving. I don’t take where I live for granted it’s too rare and a gem. The people that move here are happy you meet and we all know we live in gratitude and are all very spoiled here.

The clubhouse is very welcoming, management is always friendly, as is the maintenance team. I like that my reserved parking spot is right in front of my unit. I feel like we're in our own little community bubble, very quiet, neighbors are all friendly, many people walk their dogs around. The best part is everything is within a 10-minute drive. 5-minutes one way and you'll find Fox Valley Mall and lots of shopping, drive 10-minutes the other way and you get downtown Naperville with great restaurants and the train.

Ive been at this community for about 5 months now and my experience has been fantastic. Leasing management staff is professional, friendly, and attentive. Great communication from the office of upcoming events and does a great job keeping residents well informed. The maintenance staff has been professional, prompt, and effective. Community feels secluded and private yet its off two main streets to easy commute/shopping.

My apartment leasing and move-in experience with the staff at Grand Reserve was excellent. I moved to the area from California so I only had the reviews and website photos to determine if this community was the right decision for me. The leasing staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire from the time I contacted them to inquire about the community as well as the apartment model I had interest in. Once I had decided to lease an apartment, the leasing staff assisted me throughout my relocation process to the area to make the move-in process efficient and effortless. I was able to tour the community prior to moving in and found the community as well as the amenities were as shown on their website. Great amenities, well maintained, and inviting. The apartment was clean and good condition. I feel I have make the right choice in selecting this community as my residence. I had high expectations of this property as I left a wonderful apartment complex in California. Grand Reserve definitely met my expectations.

This place is very well maintained. The staff really showed that they care about satisfying my needs and the questions that I may have. Natasha, to be more specific, was great! She was really knowledgeable of the community amenities and aparment amenities as well. They make the moving process really easy and understandable which is good because they do not cause more headaches than the moving process already cause. Personally, I would really recommend this place to live!!! The community is really respectful and it feels like you are living on a bubble of how quite and problem free it is.

Grand Reserve is a comfortable place to live. However, I have noticed recently , ppl standing by my bedroom window talking loudly at 1-2am. Also, someone was playing loud music in their car as well. Please address this with residents. The walls are thin enough so I truly dont want to hear conversations when Im trying to sleep.

Ive lived here for two years. I couldnt make a complaint if I tried. The people are so welcoming, the staff is excellent and friendly, the events are fun, the pool is soft salt water and has the most fun summers with the grills cabanas and hammocks, the gym has everything you need, the flowers and upkeep of the community is so beautiful, the lake I walk around several times a day and has baby turtles and never left without beautiful photos I take around here every-time I go for a walk. The units are updated so well and have trendy colors, location is excellent for everything I need. Its got all my stars I could give

Apartments are decent, we rented the biggest one they offer, kitchen still very small. The staff at the office is nice and helpful but management is terrible. Moving out of this place was a nightmare and very expensive. Do yourself a favor and find a different place in Naperville plenty better options close by.
The team was quick to act on my maintenance request, even though it was a very low priority item, Lonnie came right over. Thank you for your continued amazing service!
