Main Street is also the site of many special events like the popular Iris Festival and the Veterans Day/Homecoming Parade. Property Ratings at Grand Plaza Apartments
Don't expect anyone to actually help you with your apts problems. Every Apt has/had Mold and bedbugs. Any problems that accumulate while you live there will be blamed on you.(rather if its your fault or not) You WILL be robbed of your deposit.
We had been having an issue on our apartment for some time, in a part of our room the carpet is wet and it doesn't go away meaning some pipelines below or something aren't fixed, the closet is fully wet to the point BLACK MOLD has been growing in there, so we can barely step inside the room without getting our feet wet. Another thing is when we try to wash dishes the floor in the kitchen starts leaking. We have told the manager many times about it and he checked it out once and then he hasn't came back since he kind of just ignored it, these apartments are very poorly managed and I would never recommend to anybody.
Extremely poorly maintained. Floor sagged everywhere. No flooring in closet near restroom. Stick on floor tiles in restroom that don't stick due to rotted wood underneath. Can hear everything through the walls including the cars driving by. And the office staff are only nice til you live there. Then they're rude and avoid you anytime you need anything. Not surprised there are not more photos of the property.
Stayed here for 2 years and it was a good experience. Manager Veronica was always nice.
