I have been here for about 8-9 years with my kids and I'm grateful to be here still haven't had any complaints about my apartment. When an issues arises I call Mr. Moody and sends his maintenance guy right away to fix whatever issue I'm having in my apartment. Also, it's close for my kids school and my job which makes it very convenient.
Been here for 3 years and I've had no complaints about these apartments nice and quiet for me and my kids. I enjoy living here in these apartments. When you need something fixed it get resolved the next day, great service.
Make sure he allows you to walk through it the building that he at least me too it's infested bugs bugs everywhere not just any bug roaches disgusting Crawley creepy roaches everywhere

I am sorry this happen to you. Please contact the office for extra treatments and we will take care of you. We are going monthly treatments to take care of pests. We don't have model apartments. So, we let people look at the apartments that they are getting. So, I don't understand what you mean by making sure people allow to look.
Management horrasses and yells at any visitors that show up and do not go immediately to your apt I don't allow smoking in my house but my mom smokes she stepped out to smoke and he horrassed her. Children are not allowed to play outside. Huge late fee for being 1 day late. Won't fix anything in a timely manner as in I have reported things not working and holes in the wall when I moved in it's been 9 months and nothing.

We don't have playgrounds on site. There is a park with a playground that only 5 minutes walking from us. Children can play so long as there is an adult around to watch them, They can't ride bycycles, playing with balls, skateboard, or scooters. I don't understand about the smoking. There people sitting their chairs on patio or balcony smoking. Visitors can go visit anybody that live here. We have a change of maintenance personal. The new guy is taking care of maintenance real good. Just contact the office and I make sure the new guy take care of you.
I have had a great experience here at Grand Oak Place! They are quick to fix broken things, and they care about my well-being! They are very spacious, and affordable. I am a full time college student and it is great to not have to pay an arm and a leg every month. The new manager has done a great job of taking care of the tenants that caused problems. He also installed security cameras in the laundry, and is always just a text or phone call away. He has always taken my complaints into consideration. I love this place and definitely plan on starting a new lease!!
I have been living here 2 years since the new manager took over. He is good. When I have a maintenance problem, he get the maintenance man in to fix it fast. He always watching the place so i feel safe. My apartment got new carpet before I moved in. The Laundry room is always clean. I let the manager know that a dryer wasn't working and the next day it was fix. I am planning to continue living here.
