Property Ratings at Grand Oak at Town Park
I've not been here long but it's not been a peaceful stay this far. The people above me constantly stomp, bang, and let their kids run through all hours of the night. I've made several complaints to management and their solution to the problem is for me to move. Yes, they offered to let me out of my lease to do so. I just moved here!!!!!!!
I have lived here for three years and have really enjoyed it. The staff is always willing to help you however they can.
Grand Oak at Town Park is a gated community. The living quarters are ideal. The rooms are large and spacious. They are decorated beautifully. The kitchen has adequate cabinets and cupbaords with modern equipment in the kitchen. The front door has a security lock that ensures safety and contentment for the resident. The grounds are kept clean and well groomed with an artistic floral area on the entrance to the community. Enjoyable and various activities are planned by the staff and enjoyed by the residents throughout the year. The office staff and workers are always friendly and courteous! They are ready to give assistance whenever needed. You are always greeted with a smile and a "hello!". The mailboxes are conveniently located in a covered area. THere is also a space above the mailbox to put outgoing mail. This is a plus. During the day at Grand Oak there is the usual daily activity. The nights are always quiet and peaceful. There are shops and businesses in the close area below the Grand Oak community. Shops, Restaurants, and Businesses are abundant in the very near area in the town of Smyrna. This is a definate plus! I truly enjoy living at Grand Oak at Town Park. It is an ideal place for one to live that I call my home.
I'm living here since October 2017 and I live in an ambient quiet and comfortably, the apartments are well equipped, with excellent and continuous maintenance in all their areas, comfortable gym, wonderful swimming pool for enjoy the summer, beautiful dog park, the administration of the property is a team always attentive to solve any inconvenience, I recommend 100%
Don't be fooled by the high reviews on some sites for this apartment complex. This place has declined in almost every aspect, in the 3 years I've lived here. It seems to change management every year, and the maintenance staff takes days on end to repair the most minor of jobs. If you're looking for a decent, quiet community, this is NOT your place! It has turned into Antioch, and honestly, I'm not sure how some residents that live here are able to afford the rent. The management has allowed the grounds to stay trash-filled from the many children to teenagers who roam around the property. I for one, will not be signing a new lease, and I'd look very hard at other properties before choosing this one.
I've been a resident at Grand Oak at Town Park for 1 year and love it! Location is the key when it comes to Grand Oak at Town Park. You have access to everything you need within driving and walking distance. The Amenities are great as well. The Office Staff is helpful. As for the Maintenance the guys are always on top of any issues I have wrong with my apartment and correct them soon as they happen. Also Maintenance are very friendly and interact with the residents and get to know them outside of Grand Oak at Town Park, which is rare now a days. I highly recommend Grand Oak at Town Park.
I've been a resident at Grand Oak at Town park for 2 years and absolutely love it! The pool is resort style and always Clean. The Grounds are always well kept. The extra Amenities like the dog park for my fur babies is wonderful. Office staff is always very helpful. As well as Maintenance the guys are always on top of any issues I might have wrong with my apartment and correct them the first time and as good as new. I highly recommend Grand Oak At Town Park.
The staff here are great. The maintenance guys are always so friendly and very efficient. I have loved living here the last 8 months.
Coming home makes me feel special,. When I see the club house at the top of the drive and my building from the interstate i feel blessed to be a part of the Grand oak community .. I moved in the first day they opened.. Location and people are great.. My apartment is beautiful and spacious.. The view from my balcony is peaceful.. Love coming home..
