Many Rooms
Very peaceful and quiet, but, does have its drawbacks. No garages, no courtyard, no pool,etc. And they do get warm in the summer. The buildings are made out of brick. They could use a little TLC here and there. You do have your own entrance, and some utilities are paid. They are on a bus route, police route, as well as a postal route. No parties at all, and the apartments are for non-smokers only. The rent is affordable compared to some. They have an average maintenance staff and a yard service as well.
