Do not lease here.!!! The property has gone downhill.!!! The office has gone through staff and with the new management it's even worse than before. They only have an assistant manager and property manager in office which you think would be great since they're capable of handling everything but instead they act incompetent. They choose to ignore you and hope it goes away, Instead of addressing your concerns. You can leave multiple emails and voicemails without it ever getting answered or addressed. They could care less about time sensitive matters. However walk in and they are doing nothing but shopping online. Grand peaks management really needs to have someone from corporate come out. They are loosing all they're valued residents. If I could leave zero stars I would. Beware of RAVEN AND SARA!!! Find somewhere else to live and save yourself the headaches.

I would not recommend these apartments. They have had an ongoing ant issue since before we moved our things into the apartments 9 months ago. We have let them have their pest control come out over 15 times and still have ants. The ants get in our baby formula, and are every where. If you come out and walk the complex I am sure you will see the ants around the tree's etc. They will not let us out of our lease even though they know there is no solution to the ant issue at these apartments. They insist on us letting them send pest control out again. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
Property is decent but extremely overpriced for the amentities and everything else provided. Maintenance is good, and office staff can be friendly, but have made mistakes in the past that were blamed on the renters because of negligence. The one time the towing truck came out because people were parked in There are no security cameras in the lot anywhere which is a big problem considering there is an open public walking trail and there is no gate to the community. It is rare but people did get their cars broken into, and yet still no reaction from the property about any sort of security. People constantly dangerously speed around the small community with no repercussion and multilple cars have been hit this way. Other than that, the appliances and rest are decent, but just not competitive enough compared to other places you can get on the market right now.
