Gramercy East Apartments

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Management is horrible and they change management every couple of months! Drainage is bad and water will smell. I also got things stolen out of my apartment while here. I would not recommend.

This is my first solo apartment, so I had tons of questions and honestly no idea what I was doing but Samantha and the rest of the office girlies were so sweet and patient helping me out with everything! I look forward to living out my lease here! The amenities are super nice! And even the apartments that haven’t been recently renovated are in great condition!

These apartments are vey beautiful and spacious the staff members are very polite and respectful and they love to help any way possible. I love living in my beautiful apartment.

Very quiet, with great management as well as communication. Best part is that your around all the food and stores. Great location

Gramercy is a great place to live. They're right in the middle of places to shop, dine and exercise. The prices are reasonable and the staff takes care of you and your needs.

I’ve been living the the Germercy Apartments for 8 months and I have no complaints. The staff is helpful, the complex is clean, and the noise level is minimal. The parking is great as well.

I have been living in Gramercy East almost 2 years. So far it’s has been quiet and clean. Maintenance is well kept, and after I put a work order in my issue is fixed within the next day or two. I gave 4 stars because the only thing that I don’t like is the towing company that rides all day and night ready to tow hard working people cars.

I have been staying at the Gramercy East for 2 years. I like that it is quiet and everyone basically stays to themselves. I love that it’s not to far from my job and I’m close to many stores. The management has been very helpful with making payments on your rent. I appreciate it.

i've been staying here since the summer and since i've been staying here i haven't had any problems! anytime i need assistance with anything they come right away. i would highly recommend staying here.

I’ve lived here going on 6 months and I love it! The staff is very friendly & professional. They communicate as they should & the maintenance is amazing whenever something is broken. I haven’t had to complain yet.

I currently live over at the Gramercy apt Management is far perfect over there I have not had any issue I love Kendra and Shameka as the property managers they are very understanding and helpful they always put small activities together for the residents very nice of them Thank you all

I have lived here for 4 and a half years. I have never had a problem. Maintenance is always prompt with my concerns. Any concerns have always been taken care of!

I have been over here for 4 years and I love the manager we have now. She makes sure our property looks nice at all times. Anytime time you have an issue she is quickly to solve it.

Kendra and her team have been nothing short of amazing. The lines of communication are always open. Informative notifications are a plus and assistance is always only a call away. The property is definitely home.

As a current resident I can say management has been helpful and improved based on the previous management when I first moved in. Maintenance has been timely and the area is relatively quiet.

My stay at the Gramercy has been nothing short of great ! My apartment is beautiful and well renovated . It is always quiet where I reside . 10 outta 10 would recommend !

I just love Kendra Haynes she is the best property manager I've ever had. She made sure before I moved in that the property was ready , only issue I had was with my air unit and when I let Kendra Know about the issue she went over and beyond trying to get it fixed not to mention it was a Friday night she made sure my air was fixed by Saturday. I just love staying here all together its also very peaceful in the apartment complex, and kid safe

Ms Kendra and the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful my son and I just moved in and we absolutely love my place very nice and clean a beautiful place to live would recommend 100 percent

Application was easy , move in was fast Apartments are quiet and affordable . Maintenance answer requests in a timely manner. Most of all management is super friendly and easy to work with .

Since moving into this property in October 2023, I have received superb customer service. My maintenance concerns are always addressed in a quick and timely fashion. I love the convenience of handling everything via my online portal (bill pay, balances owed, maintenance requests, etc) The apartment space is spacious, and the unit was clean upon move-in. The area is quiet. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. The application process was easy and quick to complete!

The apartments are very nice and quiet, and the central location is a plus. I would highly recommend.

Been living at this apartment for a year and 6 months and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. It’s located in a peaceful area with all your essential needs just minutes away. The management staff is very helpful and maintenance are very prompt in making any repairs.

I have been here six months now and I don’t regret moving here at all. It’s quiet and the most important thing is my family feels safe.

I have lived here in the Grammercy Apartments for 7 years. It has had its ups and downs. We have had many managers. But the new managers seem to be trying to make things better for the residents. The management staff and maintenance crew is very attentive to the needs of the residents.

The management team is really good. I have been staying here for two years now.

Been living here for almost 6 months! I have no complaints.. It’s quiet and everything is handled soon as you put in a maintenance request.

This is an excellent place to stay the mangers are very understanding and always helpful. And the maintenance team is awesome as well always on time when things need to be fixed.

New management has been great. Especially with maintenance requests being taken care of swiftly which is a huge thing to me.

I’ve been here 2 years and I love it here. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The apartments are nice and very well kept. They’re very helpful with handling any issues that may occur.

I've been living here 1 & 1/2 yrs. It's quite, safe and an ideal place to live if you are relocating or just new to the area. It's centered in the middle of restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. It's 10 minutes from the interstate and 20 minutes from hospitals, car lots and Sam's. There are 3 Walmarts within a 3 to 10 minute drive. I feel very safe living here and the Property is kept up weekly lawn and maintenance. Living here is one of the best moves I've made since starting over.

The staff is excellent and I don’t have no problems out of anyone. I would definitely be here for a long time!

The manager already keeps the residents info on upcoming events and inspections. While also trying to get the community to work together to keep it clean and trash free.

I have been staying at the Gramercy East Apartments since September and I've had a pleasant experience. Anytime I've needed anything, the property manager as well as the maintenance team have been very helpful.
