I would not recommend this property based on the high rent prices, grounds aren't well kept - I have never seen a cleaning crew, and oftentimes during normal business hours they do not have maintenance on the property - the place is ran like a mom and pop shop.
The Gramercy at Town Center is a great place to live if you are looking for a quiet apartment near stores and restaurants. The community areas in the complex are kept clean and in good condition. This is a great place to live.
Love it here nice people lots of shopping and walking can’t go wrong

Very helpful and friendly staff! They really made the move-in smooth and stress-free. Post move-in, they have kept up the same friendliness and helpfulness. They really do go above and beyond. This is the first review I've ever left of a property, as the rest have been just ok. Highly recommend, but don't want to, as I don't want everyone coming here!

A vey nice place to live, right near the Mall in Columbia and by a central transportation hub about two to three blocks away. Very courteous office staff members and a maintenance crew that's also excellent.

After searching around the area for a while looking for apartments, I found this place and I absolutely love it!!! The office staff and maintenance are so friendly and helpful, and it is kept very clean. The apartments are also updated with stainless steel appliances. I also have never had an issue with noise from neighbors.... not even a peep. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

I've lived at three different apartment complexes in Columbia and the Gramercy is the best, by far! The staff is wonderful, the grounds are well kept, and the apartments are beautiful and spacious. I enjoyed attending the community events each month, as well. The location is pretty convenient and rarely congested. The only time it gets tough is Merriweather's concert season, but it didn't bother me enough to think about leaving. This place is definitely top notch!

I am ecstatic about returning “home” to the Gramercy at Town Center! Previously I resided here from October 2002 through February 2014. Subsequently, I became ill and was forced to relocate to avoid escalating rental charges. Having lived at the Gramercy for almost twelve years, obviously, I was very pleased living here. The grounds were well maintained and the maintenance department headed by Dave was extremely professional and reliable. Upon my return, much to my surprise and delight the Gramercy has raised the standard for property management to far beyond excellent, if that’s even possible!!! With all do speed Dave has responded to my repair issues. In the four days following my move on July 15, he has addressed countless issues, among them: broken stairway, stuck front door lock, carpet repairs, electrical outlet, paint touch up, ice maker, stuck windows, broken seal on a window. His demeanor continues to be professional yet friendly. I especially appreciate his tendency to manage expectations and explain thoroughly the issues and process involved. Additionally, I have to speak to Kimberly’s grace and professionalism. She has gone above and beyond the “call of duty,” to facilitate my return “home.”fee Thank you for making the Gramercy the best apartment complex in Howard County! -valerie brasswell jones, esq.
I'm picky... and I've chosen to renew my lease for a second year. Great location, definitely worth checking out if you are trying to find a mid-point between Baltimore and DC.
I haven't been in apartment life for 10yr. It's very expensive.. We move to a new area to see if we liked it so we choose this Appartment. It feels like a townhouse but , I was disappointed in the price . Location is nice and school is nice ,when we shaw the updated unit with stainless appliances and wood cabinets new lighting everything so modern .. So it was great ! Justified the expense. Right!! only to be told that what we needed when we needed was not available. What a bummer. If we don't have to pay rent that would make this apartment life ... Wonderful for my family . I could save to get a house ...
