Property Ratings at G&R Rentals
They will accuse you of having a dog and threaten to evict you when you actually don't. Everything in the apartment is cheaply made. When it was time for us to move out they said everything looked great and that we would be getting our full deposit back. Months later we got a letter in the mail saying we had $800 worth of damages and that we won't get our deposit and we owe $241. The lady's in the offices are smart mouth slobs . Will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. If you have a negative review I encourage you to do the same. DO NOT STAY HERE. Also the owners Greg and Tom will not get in contact with you after you move out. I have called a number of time to dispute these charges and they will not call me back even though the "women" in the offices tells me they will give him the message. Once you've moved out you are no good to them.
Awesome two bedroom apartment perfectly located next to college! This is way better than living in the dorms. 4 units to a building are extremely well maintained with a secured entrance from a well lit parking lot. This unit is so nice my parents wanted to move in! Large open living room adjacent to a roomy kitchen with a breakfast bar. Even includes a washer/dryer, walk-in closet, and private patio. Affordable rent makes this a place to call my own.
