Golfview Apartments

The apartments are so beautiful and have more space than what I would think they did. Very clean and well taken care of too. The apartment looked like everything was brand new and the price is a steal!!!! Alicia is absolutely amazing and so friendly. She really made me feel so welcome and wanted unlike other places in the area. It’s an amazing experience all the way around.

I love my apartment. It is so nice and well kept. The staff is also amazing. Alicia in the office is always so sweet and happy to help with anything she can. Always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond. Brian the maintenance man is always good about fixing any issue I have. He does it right the first time and really takes his time to ensure it’s done right. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Edited: (11/25) After posting my review as a current tenant of Golfview, on 11/22, the property began a raffle the for other tenants to leave positive google reviews. They haven’t had a review in 5 years. Go figure! Regardless of the bribery antics or how many people review, it doesn’t nullify MY experience here as a current tenant. I used to live here back in 08’-09’, and it was decent, but it has declined drastically. It used to be quiet, no trash, and definitely NO roaches. It is not under control. Fix the problem!! (11)/20) Roaches! Stay away! When I moved here in at the end of June, there was a pile of roach eggs under the brand new refrigerator. There have been roaches since I moved in. Pest control is supposed to be included, but it doesn’t work. There are still roaches. They do not have a plan to fix the roach problem. They charge for the additional pest control services that are obviously needed. They refuse to transfer me to a different unit, a sister property, or nullify the lease. It is now November and the issue is worse than when I moved in. Again, stay away.

So far I’ve been here for a year and just signed for another. Absolutely love it. Nice quiet neighborhood, kid friendly area, apartments are cute and convenient, close to everything you need. Maintenance is always ontop of anything I’ve ever needed. Alicia in the office is also amazing ! Kind and very helpful! 10/10 would recommend to live here

My husband and I have lived at these apartments complex for a little less than a year now and it’s been so great we have great neighbors and it’s a great neighborhood for our son. Close to a great school and if we have any maintenance problems they are always happy to help

I've lived here for 2 years. It's a nice small community with good neighbors. Apartments are nice size and upgraded.

I have lived here for over 10 years it is a great place to live. the staff is wonderful and is great to work with. Any maintenance problems are taken care of immediately.

The manager Alicia is very friendly and makes sure that all your questions are answered before leaving. She really makes you feel welcome. Brian is also very nice and friendly. Great atmosphere. The apartments are very nice. Love the grey they have.

I moved in over the summer and I have no complaints at all! The apartments are wonderful! Brian from maintenance is attentive and gets the job done right all the time! Nia the office manager is great! Very helpful and always there when you need her assistance! I do not regret making the move to this complex! The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are great!

I have lived here for 4 months and I love it. Jesenia was awesome when I moved it. The process was so easy and quick. If I need to put in a work order it is done fairly quickly. Other places that I’ve rented at you would have to stay on top of them. The complex is well maintained and everyone around is friendly.

They really care about the residents that live here. Excellent location in south Daytona and safe area for children. Maintenance is a priority. Love it here

I’ve lived here for 2 years and have had no problems. Maintenance has always fixed things in a timely manner. It’s a pretty quiet place besides when landscapers are cutting grass early morning.

Units are well maintained. Manager, and maintenance are quick to respond when needed. Living area is spacious. I love my unit ??

For starters, the area surrounding the property is nice and quiet. No large groups of people loitering on the property. The grounds are always kept, and the office staff are "cut to chase", fast, FRIENDLY and EFFICIENT! Nia made the moving process for my son and I, a breeze. She is very prompt in getting you information and keeping you updated about things going on both on and off the property. It feels like home.

I have never really had any crazy problems. Maintenance has always fixed things promptly! Only complaint is rent goes up every time I sign a lease and no upgrades have been done and I’ve lived here almost a decade. I wish the apartments had washer and dryer hookups but other than that very great deal!!! Water and cable included! Affordable! Nice staff!

I have lived here for two years, coming from an apartment that was flooded from a hurricane. I have been so happy and content living here. If there is a maintenance problem, you just have to call and the maintenance man will be there to fix it. In addition, the neighbors are very friendly and I feel comfortable with my surroundings. I am elderly and after fleeing a flood, it has taken only a short time to realize I have found a new home for myself and my dog.

I moved from Fort Lauderdale to Daytona to see if I would like the area, I started my apt search as soon as I seen Golfview apts I called immediately, Nia the property manager is amazing and does a phenomenal job I’ve only been here 4 days so far and I’m so happy with the place. Affordable, cozy, bran new apts, quiet, curb appeal and organized. I literally had no questions she covered it all when I moved in! Very pleased with this place ??

We have been here since Dec. Apartment complex is an older one but very well maintained. Office personal and maintenance people are very friendly and helpful, and are available Mon-Fri if there should be a problem with unit. The other tenants are quiet and friendly. Apartments are spacious and have a large closet in hall with shelving which is Great. Unfortunately there isn't any fans in bedrooms, but there is one in dining area. The best feature for us is it has vinyl flooring, very easy to maintain. Very pleased it the complex and is very close to shopping. Very good deal for the price of monthly rent. We are very happy here.

Golfview is a very beautiful, very spacious and very quiet neighborhood even though there isn't anything really special about the complex it still beats anything else around the area.
