This is a very nice community, the location is great and the people and residents are great. The views are amazing, a lot of space and a lot of good vibes. Me and my partner came from the valley in chandler so it’s very much different and peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for

There were many hiccups with moving in. It’s very difficult to get in contact with leasing team, especially after applying and even more so when you move in. Many things did not work upon move in, but the unit was pretty clean. It’s just a huge lack in communication from the leasing office to the community so good luck if you need anything immediately. Other than that, it’s a very clean and quiet community. Residents are respectful and kind. And the leasing team and engineers are as well. I think it’s just a busy office/season.

I love it here. It’s my second time living here at the Golf Villas. Got tired of yard work, and I missed the Catalina Mtn views. I also like the the 1145 sq ft 2x2 apartment.

My experience at Golf Villas Apts. continues to be wonderful. The apartment has everything I need and is very comfortable. The rent is affordable, and the whole staff is great to work with. The apartment is centrally located, near shopping, medical, and entertainment. There is even a transportation service available through Sun Shuttle Dial-A-Ride. It's a great place to live!

I rented for 6 months at the Golf Villa Apartments. To advertise they are luxury is an exaggeration. The apartment I rented was outdated and many items were in need of repair. While some of the outdoor facilities had been renovated, each time I tried to use them they were non functional. Maintenance is lackluster and they will attempt to charge you for unwarranted repairs or damages. Renters beware. I would caution potential renters considering the Golf Villa Apartments.

The only thing luxury about these apartments is the price $$$. Landscaping needs to be done! Light need to be fixed. For crying out loud the front entry to the complex light is out. Lights all around the complex are out that’s ridiculous. Windows are super dirty and they don’t clean them including the porches. Gate to the lower pool and fitness area don’t work usually. The lower pool gates back entry or second entry doesn’t even work with a card. You call that luxury that’s called not diligent work. Fixed the gates need to be fixed to the pool. The lower pool what a mess and gross the water is always dirty and has bugs in it. Needs to be taken care of it’s not. There’s never any parking in the lower level. They told us once we moved in we would would get a assigned parking spot they lied we never got one. Talk to other neighbors they’ve been here for years. They’ve never got them one and there’s not even enough parking to accommodate the lower levels. We then asked to buy a spot. Those were all taken then we asked to buy a garage those are all taken and then they don’t even have enough free spots. And get a gate for crying out loud it’s a luxury apartment Not! So happy we moved out!!!! And did not renewing my lease with them! And the older people in the community think that it’s a retirement community and it’s not it’s a normal apartment go to a 65+ Community or retirement apartment or home if you want that. The appliances are very out of date and on the cheap in. The dishwasher doesn’t clean the dishes the water heaters is freaking so loud and the pipes just screaming. I’ve never experienced this anywhere I’ve ever lived in my life. When we moved in there were dead bugs in our apartment too. Gross?? we moved in our first day and you can’t even clean out the apartment that’s disgusting. They at least do offer pest control. But don’t you think they should’ve done that before we moved in and the front porch was disgusting! Bird poop everywhere on it ewww!! Don’t live here!!

The apartments and community as a whole are comfortable. It was a very nice place to call home until the new assistant manager came. She is too power hungry and extremely unprofessional to say the least in her treatment of the residents. No assistant manager should ever scream at any resident, especially a good resident.

Only luxury aspect of these luxury apartments is the rent. Appliances are old and decrepit. Only good thing are the views of the Catalinas.

The buildings are well constructed and maintained. Staff always nice, and it's obvious the office staff have been taught formal customer relations. It's very quiet day and night. The buildings are designed to supply all possible privacy. We have lived in 24 residences in 51 years of marriage. This has to be ranked as the best in many many ways. It's a nice, quiet place to live. Everyone living here and the staff are respectful and polite.
This is a good community, albeit, not a luxury apartment complex, and a little over-priced. The location is great and the staff is pleasant and helpful.

I am pleased to be living here. I enjoy looking at the mountains and the golf course. Neighbors are friendly. It's quiet. Restaurants, grocery store, post office and library are practically at our doorstep.

This was one of the better decisions I've made in my life and for one who can lay claim to very few of those, I think my being prepared to really scour the city and investigate all the pros and cons of each situation, was what caused me to reject a lot of others and keep looking. Golf Villas has it all (for me.) Location? Excellent and convenient to services and goods as well as being tucked away, quietly and serenely next to a golf course. The layout is wonderful as it allows a lot of light in from 3 sides, rather than the normal two sided tunnel you get in a lot of places. The staff is wonderful and responsive. Always professional. I think the rental prices are very in accord with comparable places. Although not cheap, it's also not punching above its weight. The amenities are very good.

I found my experience at Golf Villas over the past five years to be excellent. The grounds, location, quietness of the apartment and quality of the office staff has been exceptional. Some things are unavoidable because your living in close proximity to other people but GV provides a private home like experience.

Golf Villa Apartments is the best place to live in Oro Valley. It is conveniently located and the staff are wonderful people. The maintenance department take pride in their work and get things done promptly and within a reasonable amount of time. They clean up after they chore is done!!

Having lived at Golf Villas for several years we have been through a few management And maintenance teams. They have all been top notch - responsive, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We do miss Josh as maintenance leader but he did train Frank and his team well. Sergios staff is excellent in managing the property. As a former On site (124 units) manager I have a unique understanding of their job. They do it right. I would recommend anyone to consider Golf Villas as their new home and welcome questions from any prospective residents.
