I do not recommend renting these apartments. I don’t blame the staff as they are trying to work with a very old complex. The price shouldn’t be so high for the amount of problems the community faces. The laundry rooms rarely work, and we’ve tried to transfer to an apartment with a washer and dryer connection, but it’s another $300 added to an already high rent. Again..it is not the staffs fault we have inflation. The AC constantly breaks down and the dishwasher isn’t attached to the counter. There’s a gap between the sink and counter and all of the drawers are broken with no knobs. I truly believe maintenance does their best trying to keep up with everything but the community also trashes the place. When people check their mail, they throw the garbage on the floor for maintenance to clean up. The residents leave trash and food containers all over. I don’t recommend living here, not because of the staff who are trying their best, just because of the community. People don’t respect the community and it really shows.

Never In my life have I ever felt so unhappy to come home to a place that I pay rent. The people that live in my building are very disrespectful and do not care about other residents. They party at the pool at all hours of the night with loud music. I have not been able to sleep good for a month now. I hate it here and cant wait to move. I am so unhappy to the point I do not care to break my lease. As soon as I have the opportunity to move else where I am getting away from this place. Its unfortunate that this place has such bad ratings I wish I never moved here. It's even sadder the the office staff has to deal with such horrible people. It doesnt matter how much I complain how many times I call the cops nothing gets resolved and I am left to be emotionally stressed and sleep deprived. Its the loud music for me till 12, 1, 2 am and they just dont care. I have to find ways to calm myself down because at the end of the day the only one I am harming is myself. Cant wait to move. I do not recommend moving here unless your ok with noise and rude disrespectful people. As for management I have nothing bad to say they try to help but unfortunately nothing is changing. Even with a threat to evict for disruption these people just dont care. No consideration at all.

Llevo más 1 semana sin aire acondicionado fui a la oficina llame y la solución que da la secretaria nueva es que no hay técnico para arreglar y q como no es una emergencia pues que toca esperar hasta cuando quieran falta de respeto hacia mi no puede ser posible que en una semana no halla quien arregle el daño … pero que se puede esperar llevo 6 meses viviendo aquí y los daños que hay nunca vinieron a arreglarlos lo Peor para vivir es este lugar NO se lo recomiendo a nadie en el loundry las lavadoras llenas de agua sucia están dañadas y las secadoras se pone la ropa y no secan pero Uds con la plata si se quedan porque nadie responde

If I could have rated this a 0 I would have. I have been having problems in my apartment since the day I moved in. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. We have captured rats, killed cockroaches, and have been having continuous problems with the AC and the AC vents. Even though they made us pay a monthly fee for extermination, my husband had to buy foam to seal holes, rats trap and venom because the office took over a month to go into my apartment. Also when they send maintenance, the person even asked to use my husband’s foam because he ran out of it. I also have neighbors that have rats in their apartment as well. Even the manager told me, “I could move you into another unit, but you’ll have the same problem”. With that, I believe all of the apartments are infested with rats, roaches, etc…

This is by far the most horrible places I’ve ever lived in, literally flooded with roaches no matter how much you clean they just don’t go away i find them everywhere my kids beds my bed the kitchen can be spotless & they are just all over the place it’s FILTHY ! The leasing office doesn’t do anything about maintenance requests my AC has not been working I called put in an order nothing was done, I called to see what was going on they said they will send someone NOTHING WAS DONE! If you’re thinking about renting here DONT !

There is one thing that any school can't teach you and that is customer service, and everyone in the office is super nice, the new management is trying very hard to do the best to fix what the prior administration did. Slowly but shortly I have seen a great improvement but the best part is when you go to the office and everyone is polite and they really care. I like to go to the office and get great coffee and see friendly faces. The manager took the time to answer all my questions and shortly maintenance went to my apartment and fix my problem. I renewed my lease and the assistant explained to me the lease in detail. I start loving this place again as I can see how hard the maintenance guys are working. Thank you for your hard work!

I have several months of renting here the laundry service is pesimo machines in poor condition and smells musty, the gym closed for repair and you do not see that they are working on it, the rent is too expensive to have so many disadvantages, apart maintenance in general is lousy

The complex is so quiet day and night so always felt relaxed while living there, besides, so centrally located within a short distance to the main attractions and malls in Kissimmee. All staff is helpful and with a smile, will never forget Rita and the actual manager Yudeynis for their customer oriented attitude and also fully bilingual. Another feature of the apartments I love is the ample size of the apartments themselves, including closets and storage areas. In summary, it is a very good choice for an apartment. I've now been living here for about a month and a half with my fiancé. I've requested repairs multiple times. We have a leaky faucet in the kitchen, the blinds are falling down in the living room, I can't even close the closet door in the living room area without having to use a credit card to get it open. There is a hole in my ceiling next to the ceiling fan because of poor repairs it looks like. Nothing has been done and many requests have been made. It's very frustrating and difficult to be nice about it when every time you ask, nothing gets done.

Worst apartment complex I have ever even stepped foot in . The inside is disgusting . They remodel outside but won't even change a carpet that's more than 5 years old for a 3 year tenant . Infested with roaches no matter what you do they just won't go away ! They should bomb the buildings and pay for hotels for their tenants to stay in for a bit . Place is literally falling apart. My boyfriends bathroom has mold and we are constantly getting sick . Can't wait to move out. Please save your money and pay 50 bucks more for a cleaner space . Also never any parking by 10 pm . Always have to park extremely far and I work at night so it's scary . Cops are always around so that says a lot . Management needs A lot of work !!!!! And it isn't quiet unlike the comment under . I'm always woken up at 6 am by the noises surrounding me in this community.

Looking for a nice quiet neighborhood? This would be a great place to live. Great location minutes from stores and Disney.

They suck! Management suck ESPECIALLY Grechen the property manager! She is the last person you would want to talk to to get anything done! They always give out late notice of any work being done on property usually the day of! They cut the water of without notifying us. Washers/dryers always BROKE ! Just horrible! Rent to high to live there.

Spacious apartments, family and pet friendly complex. Very quiet and clean.

Apartments are full of roaches. Everytime i called the office about this issue. They wouldnt do anything. They told me there was an infestation of roaches in the complex and that theyre working to get rid of them. But its been a year almost and the issue still persist. The other day i was gonna take a shower when suddenly a huge dead roach came out of the shower. I called the office, they didnt give me a solution. very poor management team. Wont renew my lease, and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Approximately one year ago these apartments have come under new management, since then various exterior upgrades have been done including landscaping, exterior painting etc. The apartments are spacious and well laid out. The building esthetics have certainly raise the bar in appearance and competition of the apartment complex in this community. These apartments are accessible, within a mile or two, to schools, shopping malls/plaza, grocery stores, banks, hospitals, medical complex, and public transportation. A great place to live.

Nice, calm and clean environment. Price of apartment is decent comparing to others.
