Located in Northwest Ohio, Findlay combines small-town atmosphere with contemporary living. As "Flag City USA," this community of approximately 40,000 residents is home to major employers like Marathon Petroleum's headquarters and Whirlpool's dishwasher manufacturing facility. Downtown Findlay features independent shops and eateries along Main Street, while the Blanchard River provides scenic paths and outdoor activities at Riverside Park. Current rental data shows one-bedroom apartments averaging $731 per month, with two-bedroom units at $1,163, reflecting a 7.6% year-over-year increase.
The University of Findlay enriches the community with its academic programs, particularly in equestrian studies and veterinary science. The city hosts several signature events throughout the year, including Flag City BalloonFest in August and the Riverside Wine Festival in June. Findlay Reservoir, Ohio's largest above-ground water reservoir, offers additional outdoor recreation opportunities.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Glenwood Village
I’m a recent graduate just starting a new position and my fiancé is still a student with loans. I do not have income proof yet. I politely explained my situation and offered to have a co-signer. The woman on the phone had hung up on me and wouldn’t pick up. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
I called a couple times a week for over two weeks and emailed about renting an apartment, never received a call back. when i went in i made an appointment for 3:30. got there and the lady locked the door and closed the blinds, roughly 15 minutes later a lady, her son, and the woman came out and said she she’d be back. The first lady made a comment about us so we left. Highly unprofessional place, be careful renting.
I called ahead and once we got there my application was ready. Becky also had the office nicely done to occupy both my children while we filled out the application. I lived here years ago for the years and loved it.

The next place to call home. Thank you for the kind words.
Noisy neighborhood, too much strangers walk around without security. Scary place to live. Not good place to bring in a family! Need to refaced and check out all the tenants here.
