Property Ratings at Glenwood Pointe
Asked to give 5 stars by property manager SEVERAL TIMES. Rent has gone up by $200/month HAVE TO PAY for THEIR “community wifi” and trash valet service. People smoking weed and blaring music from their cars through all hours of the night. Good luck getting a handicap spot if you need one, people here have the audacity to use them without tags and get away with it. Lost packages galore. THIN WALLS, you can hear someone talking next apartment over. The floors shake when someone else walks in another apartment or someone slams the door. I have had pictures fall off of my wall from someone slamming their door. NO PETS.

I have been here for the past 5 years and hands down it is the BEST place that I have lived in 26 years of apartment living. The staff is AMAZING. Maintenance is very timely, and the Management is outstanding. The Property Manager has been in this business for a long time and she loves her job and her residents. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Best decision, hands down.
Glen wood pointe is safe and fun community with spacious apartments and tons of fun things to do right around the corner. Right next to a lake community full of great people and awesome times out on the boat. The grounds are well maintained in the summer and snow is removed in the winter. Maintenance is quick with any problems or fixes and rent is great for the space. Couldn't be happier.
