The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Glenwood Apartments
Decent apartment for the price. Lived here six years, (that included 2 different management companies, 4 different onsite managers within that time), poor communication in certain situations between onsite office and main office. Keep any proof of payments.. No utilities included. Loved the first 4 years
Missing from the description is that there is a hot water tank, washer, and dryer in the unit. Also, the 2 bedroom has a half bath along with the full bath.
i absolutely loved my apartment here, i lost my job and had to leave... but i would love to move back. excellent starter home for small family.
This apartment is average but this the only place I could afford... But average isn't good for me that's why I entered free rent for life.in hope I win.REMEMBER AVERAGE.
I have been living in these apartments for almost 4 years now and counting. The only reason I have intentions of leaving soon is because I'm getting married and we need more space but I would definitely recommend this place to someone just starting out or even just looking for something reasonable. The prices is very affordable management is very nice maintenance respond in a suitable time frame the neighbors are nice and I just had a all around good experience during my time here. You won't find a apartment as reasonably priced with your own washer and dryer in your apartment. If you chose to stay here you won't regret it at all. It's money well spent
