Glenview Apartments

These apartments are very homey and affordable. The staff that works here are very nice and considerate. I have lived here for about a year now and anytime I have a question or need help the front desk lady Madisen is so kind and helpful. The maintenance work is fast. Overall great apartments.

This property stays so clean and kept! I love pulling in and seeing all of the flowers blooming !

I love Glenview! It is close to shopping, restaurants and the bridge! The property is well maintained and the ladies in the office are wonderful

The leasing office does not care about your complaints. They will listen and say they put in a work order but then nobody will show up. You’d have to keep complaining multiple times to get anyone to care, and even then they still might not even show up and resolve the issue. The apartments are old and you can hear your neighbors so clearly. All the floors creak with pretty much every step you take if you’re on the second floor. We are clean people and we somehow always would have to worry about bugs, spiders, and even a few mice. Yes, these apartments are cheap, but these are the reasons why.

These apartments are so cute and spacious! I love that there is a gym and a pool!!

Glenview is a great place to live. It is conveniently located near everything and especially close to work. The apartment is nice with updated fixtures and flooring, especially considering these are not new. Maintenance is very responsive and professional as is the office Manager, Mindy. Oh, and the pool is great too! Great people, nice place to live. Highly recommend!

Rent price, maintenance, office staff, pool, location, neighbors, small pet friendly, next door to a park, near expressway, a ton of restaurants near me, work close, clean,... THE LIST GOES ON of why I recommend Glenview.

Bad from the start. Office personnel never seem to know what they're doing. Maintenance is basically non-existent and when they do "fix" things it's almost worse. Apparently the office and maintenance never communicate. Constant issues with these old apartments that they throw paint on and call "updated". If you put in a maintenance request, it will take weeks to get something fixed, if they even show up at all. A list of issues: The floor stickers are constantly peeling up. Bad wiring causes lights to constantly blink and blow out, even LED bulbs. We had a bathroom fan catch on fire and melt. They took an older fan, put it in, and covered it with a floor vent cover. Toilet seat was melted in spots by the fire, they never replaced it. The dish soap door on the dishwasher broke and we were told "you don't really need it to work anyway". Floors boards upstairs are broken in spots. Flying ant infestation every spring because there is a gap at the bottom of the living room wall, theit solution is to put out traps instead of fixing the gap. Almost every single plugin is loose and some even pop out. They're is a rod missing on the stair rail so if you had little kids they could fall right through. Some inner doors won't close, including bedrooms. Every wall is badly painted and patchy. I could go on and on. With what they charge for rent, they should have plenty of money to actually upgrade apartments and fix issues.

I don't understand how this apartment doesn't have at least 4 stars. They have a wonderful thing going. Everything from inside to out looks great. They have a lot to offer and are super attentive to us. I give them a 5 stars for all mentioned, taking price into account for the area (which is nice), and quick customer service.

I have lived at quite a few apartment communities in the Clarksville and Jeffersonville area over the last 30 years. This is hands-down the best maintenance that I've ever received. The response time is impeccable and if they tell you they're going to do something they do it! The manager Denise has been very helpful with my mother who also lives there and need some special accommodations due to health reasons. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to be treated well and get what they pay for. Thanks Glenview

The property is very clean and we'll maintained. Denise is a great manager who addresses all concerns. She's very empathetic, thoughtful and professional. Maintenance has never let me down. Anything that it needed, their on top of it!

The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is very quick to respond to work requests. This staff always works hard to make sure the property is always clean and well kept. The location is so close to everything from shopping to restaurants. What more could you ask for?

I think when a place does what they say they do, and they live up to my expectations, they deserve to get good feedback. I do have realistic expectations and dont expect things that some out of touch people might have. I dont expect to never have a need for maintenance because that is reality in apartmetns or homes. Yet, I have no issues reaching them if needed which is much appreciated. Really great job.

Glenview was always very good to me and I will sustain my good comments and experience with Glenview. They pay prompt attention to matters. Forever Thanksful.

Living here is easy and nice. The property looks beautiful in the fall especially. I have noticed the people who run the apartments pickup after others and keep this place clean. They are great to work with if you need anything. There are no hidden fees or extra fees not in the lease. I could go on and on about how fabulous my experience has been here. I am glad they have found a nice Manager as well. They have all been nice, but she really takes pride in the community and I think that adds to the value of living here. Thank you.

I am a very difficult resident to deal with all the time. I have to say the office staff have been very patient with me even at my most difficult times. They have stayed very positive and helpful . They have taken care of every issue I had with my apartment and made sure I was satisfied.

I don't know who likes living here more... me or my dog! I can walk him all over because there are dog walking areas and acres and acres of green space. "Fido" houses are provided and very pet friendly. You can walk your dog into the office to stop and get a drink or a treat from the staff. I really enjoy it here. My neighbors are nice. The rent is a good value. Utilities are cheap. Apartment is clean. Regional Manager is on top of things. Looks good. Thanks again for the new parking spaces!

I had to move out of town for work for awhile. I was at Glenview for a quick 6 months. In my 6 months time, the staff was nothing but helpful, polite, and they made this process great! I would have stayed longer if I could have. Thank you Glenview for a great experience, and maybe I can be back in the future.

Zero stars! Bad business!!!! Worst apartment ever. Office stuff are incompetent and down right lazy. They will give you so many excuses and constant run aroundbsay they will get back to you then never do. You are not a concern to them and it shows when you speak to them and they roll their eyes. Superior does not respond and can only be reached by email and when she finally answers she will pick which part of the email she wants to answer then stop responding all together. Apartments are horrible and falling apart and NOT child friendly. Drugs are so unbelievable bad the Neighbors will literally sit outside and hit their bongs without a care in the world then our apartment would constantly smell of weed. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place to live it is NOT here. Don’t waste your money with a place that cares nothing about you or your families well being. One month of living there and almost 3000 dollars later we have no home. All we were was money to them and they took everything we had to make a home. Now we are back to nothing. Thanks glenview.

I rated this apartment with 3 As in management, maintenance, and exterior buildings, parking, and common areas. I gave the experience a B only because I had to complain about the neighbors a couple times. This was taken care of though so I am bumping my review to 5 stars. The view of where I park is what I like best.

I live at Glenview and the management staff has always been so helpful, polite, and professional. The maintenance men are very nice and knowledgeable. I am happy to live here!

I love how spacious my apartment is. I have the 2 bedroom with a Den and the Den is like having an extra room. I also love the quietness, and how helpful management and the maintenance staff is!

Happy that we rented here. The new windows are the best and completely changed the feel. I applaud the communication from the office throughout the process as well.

Its been a great 5 years here. My new updates are just what I needed. Planning to extend my stay. This is home!

Myself and/or a family member have lived at Glenview Apts for 3 1/2 years renting either one bedroom apts or a townhouse. It has been a very nice living experience. The maintenance staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The office staff are always glad to see you and recognize you and call you by name. The grounds are well kept and the area is quiet. As a single person I always felt safe. I would recommend Glenview Apartments to anyone needing a one or two bedroom apartment, as well as a townhouse.

Thank you for installing brighter light bulbs outside at the entry ways. Makes seeing at night easier and safer!!!
