The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Glen Valley Apartments and Duplexes
Everything is old, we constantly have to get maintenance to fix things. The manager is very rude and strict!! Very affordable but not worth the way they treat you!
Don’t move here. First off all the office staff is the rudest! Honestly I didn’t live comfortable here cause the office staff watches your every move!! Every time I went outside I felt like if I was being watched nobody is ever outside and I feel like its for that same reason there’s cameras EVERYWHERE!!!these apartments are very old and dirty, bugs and cockroaches everywhere!!! Mostly in the bathroom and kitchen!!very bad conditions for little ones. only reason we leased here was cause it’s very affordable that’s probably the only good thing about these apartments.
Worst place I’ve ever been. Incredibly rude, try’s to start a fight at every turn. Tried charging ME because they didn’t mail my security deposit correctly. And when I tried to talk to them about it they were so demeaning and rude.
Everything is outdated. One way in one way out. A tree fell once and knocked the power out so no one beyond the point of the tree falling could leave and had to sit in the dark for hours. When storms knock the lights out it takes hours for NES to fix it; once over 12 hours. You're assigned one parking spot and are told you will be towed if you park in someone else's spot but they don't tell you that if it's not business hours they will not tow the car. They do not call tenants. Instead they leave notes on your door. If you are late with rent they leave notes on your door. Recently installed cameras so they can be nosy because it's a fairly quiet neighborhood. Changed laundry/pool key and asked that you pay $35 for the new key(refundable) but the pool has barely been used since. After the key and camera changes they sent letters saying they are going up on rent. The people in the office are not friendly and most people that live here avoid them at all costs. The apartment itself has water damage in the sealing. Sometimes leaks when it rains too hard. Very thin walls. If a neighbor is making a lot of noise they advise you to call the police and file a report instead of them asking the people to keep the noise down. Plumbing is the worst if you wash your hair often you tub will forever be clogged. Bugs in the breezeway that they just started cleaning so now spiders are prevalent in everyone's apartment. This place is just a joke. They need to renovate. Will be moving soon.
I moves here from another state so I just wanted to view the property. She wouldn't show me anything until I gave her an application fee. I'm nor paying for something unseen. Not even sure of where the Duplex is located.
Very likely the good reviews on here are fake. Sound just like the management! This place has the rudest management you'll ever know. Front lady is nice until you're done filling out your application after that she just makes whatever faces at you and gets smart with you every chance she can get. Treats paying customers like they're worthless morons. The manager isn't any better. People I regret signing a 6 month lease it feels way too long now. Save your selves from this horrible excuse of apartment/duplex homes.
Glen Valley apartments is a very nice and affordable place to live. They have an awesome staff, and the maintenance people do their job very well they work on problems as soon as possible, and they fix any problem that comes there way. The property manager is very reasonable and understanding as long as you are a good tenant and abide by their rules and regulations. If you are looking for a nice affordable place to live then Glen Valley apartments is the place.
