Property Ratings at Glen Oaks
Only been here since November of 2023 but my experience has been very good. Anytime I put in a maintenance request for any reason they came the same day if not the next morning preferably while someone is home. They stay on top of the monthly pest control and make paying rent easy with the app. Im overall satisfied and hope to continue to be satisfied with the service they provide.
Great management. Always responsive to tenants needs. Maintenance top notch and always on time. Perfect location.
Quite, safe location. Neighbors become family! Staff is terrific!
The office staff and maintenance are amazing and helpful. Reporting a problem is easy and fixed in a timely manner and if you have a question, it gets answered quickly. The property is well maintained and clean. Sarah is always helpful and pleasant while the maintenance staff is professional and knowledgeable.
These are not an open floor plan walk in small hallway kitchen and then living room very small everywhere except walk in closets. I would highly view before putting down a deposit. The office itself cluttered, not a professional environment. The woman was nice but totally not what I expected with the pics online. If you like not having much space except for the closets then this may be a good fit for you! Does have w/d hook up but not worth the price.
