The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Glen Oaks
Living experience My living experience here at Glen Oaks has been great. The Managers here really care and work with you. They go above to make sure your stay here is pleasant and professional. Drea and Bridget the managers on Duty are the Beast. Thank you.
This apartment complex is DISGUSTING. Management is useless and unorganized, they never fix issues in the apartments. They will ignore you. I have electrical issues from an upstairs neighbor flooding their apartment and the water came down into mine, from the flooding, half my outlets don't work, same with the lights and water damage with mold that hasn't been fixed in 4 months. They ignored my emails and voicemails the whole time. The roach infestation is so bad that they come into the apartments from the hallways and come out of the sockets, pest control is supposed to come multiple times a month but he hasn't been in 8 MONTHS. AC has been out for a month and again management has ignored all forms of contact. Worst of all there's black mold everywhere. The windows have been leaking for a year and they won't fix them which causes the mold everytime it rains. This place is disgusting, save your time and money and go ANYWHERE BUT THIS PLACE.
Management moved us into a unit knowing there was a gnat infestation, black mold , the ac was pouring onto the floor . The apartment has lots of water damage just covered by paint. The fire alarm goes off EVERYDAY for no reason. Management is poor and when asked to fix the problem they just painted over it . Gnats still swarming the unit and they will not let you out if the lease even if it unlivable! Horrible place and horrible people 0 stars !
Worse decision ever. Constant issues with bats in apartment and their urine coming out of the walls when it rains. Mold issues, mugging being held at gun point. Issues go unresolved and no one cares.

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble. Thank you for the information. We would like the opportunity to assist you. Please contact us in the office so we can try to assist. It's important to us to ensure you are happy in your home.
The building i was living in had a big fire and I was moved into a new building where the fire alarm goes off one to four times every day and sometimes keeps going off for over an hour each time. The elevators are shut off, there are no locks on the building, some one pooped in the carpet weeks ago and they refuse to clean it, maintenance requests sit for over a year until someone just deletes them without fixing it. water damage everywhere and a thick mold smell in most public areas. never ever rent here, it is dangerous and they don't care.
The management staff seem very nice when you are looking to buy here, however once you do buy here they completely ignore you and are EXTREMELY RUDE, they are all two faced. We keep our apartment pristine and clean all the time and there are roaches consistently even after they claim to spray for bugs. If you put in a work order to have something fixed, it will take 2 to 3 months for them to put a band-aide on the issue then the same thing will need fixing a week later. People who rent here are rude and inconsiderate for the most part, very loud residents. Never enough parking and the parking spots ruin the suspension on your car because it hasn't been repaved in probably 10 years. THEY FIND EVERY LITTLE REASON TO CHARGE YOU FEES. However, if you are looking for a cheap place to live, you get what you pay for. I do not recommend anyone to rent here, my wife and I made a mistake renting here.

It is disappointing to know you did not enjoy living in our apartments. We have pest control come by our property every week, and our residents are encouraged to call our office in the case that they need extra treatment in their own apartment. If you are still having issues, please contact our office. Earlier this year, we had a major staff change in our Maintenance Team, which hindered our ability to respond to work orders in a timely manner. We are now almost completely caught up with our work orders and are working to take care of work orders as they come in. Please know that we take our residents' comments very seriously. If you have any other concerns, please give us a call. We'd be happy to help. Thank you.
Extremely noisy. Every thing screams cheaply and poorly put together. Fire alarms go off daily despite there being no fires. Fire Dept has to be called to turn them off. Good rates for the size, though.

We appreciate your review and we acknowledge the issues you mentioned. Noise complaints are not tolerated in our community. In order for us to take care of the issue, we need our courtesy officer to be called in. If you have a complaint, please call our office and leave a message for our courtesy officer so they can investigate. Our current fire alarm system is wired in. We encourage our residents to turn on the vent when taking a shower and the vent hood when cooking to prevent the alarm from going off. While we understand your dislike of the system, it also helps us know when there is a fire in a vacant or empty unit. For any concerns, please don't hesitate to call. Thank you for sharing your comments. Reviews like yours help us improve.
I have lived her for a year now and I must say I Love it. The apartment is very spacious and the rent is affordable. I have a 2br 2ba. The BEST thing about living here is the sub metered electric. No worries about paying transfer fees or deposits for utilities, plus its DISCOUNTED!!! They are remodeling now and I see this being a beautiful Complex. The only FLAW is this is an older building so u have some issues at times. They are REMODELING!!!!
Lived here for two years. Management can be very rude and unprofessional at times also prejudice. Even if you take pictures when you move in and show them when you move out they will still try to take all of your deposit. Discounted electric was nice. But some people are always in your business. Water for whole apartment shuts off randomly at least once a month takes all day to get it back on. Other than that very spacious. Oh and not enough parking for everyone and they'll find an excuse to toe your car too. If your tags are out, you park too close to the line it's ridiculous.
Fell in love with the upgraded one bedroom immediately. Great pool, always perfect temperature. New fitness center equipment in the process of being put together. Currently fixing the parking lot. They're also putting in a kitchenette by the pool. Laudry facility in every buliding on the second floor. In the process of renovating the hallways by the laundry facilities, adding benches and kind of a lounge area and free wifi. Currently running a $299 move in special.
