Situated eight miles north of Downtown Milwaukee, Glendale is a vibrant suburb filled with recreational possibilities. Glendale is convenient to numerous parks, including Lincoln Park, Kletzsch Park, and Brown Deer Park, which are all connected by Milwaukee County’s Oak Leaf Bicycle Trail network.

I jusr recently moved into the complex and had a great experience. From the communication to the timely processing of my application, it was a smooth move in experience. Julion
I recently moved from an older to a newer unit, near where I used to live. While the moving was tedious and expensive (and might have been incentivized by Banner, rather than having to move), it's turned out to be worth it. In place of old worn carpet, there is new flooring: a faux wood surface that looks nice and feels good under foot. Plus you can now sweep easily vs. having to hoover. The kitchen area is still too small for a relaxed cooking experience. However, the new appliances, their look and feel, make it more enjoyable to hang out there. New stove, black, easy to clean, more user friendly cooking panel, plus a Microwave built-in. The fridge is also new with the old-fashioned plastic white exterior replaced by a shiny new silver surface. The fridge has a bigger interior and is laid out for more convenient stocking. One definite negative is that the a/c is the same older unit and mine is quite noisy. Where I live, in the 6700 block, is also quieter overall and parking is convenient. I've had a couple of maintenance issues which has been responded to promptly. Overall, after five years, I still like living here and find the Glen Hills community friendly and approachable.

The "laundry" in the building is 2 constantly broken washers and dryers which you have to pay for. Management is never any help in this issue either.
Nice updated apartments for price. However, they will literally allow a person with more than one dog to live over someone with no pets. Its quite annoying to hear dogs running every single day no matter the time of day or night. I truly hate I moved here. Due to this I will be moving as soon as this lease is over.
Staff is wonderful and maintenance is super helpful & speedy! My apartment was newly renovated when I moved in. Safe and quiet neighborhood!
I’ve lived at Glen-hills apartments since 2012.. My stay here had been for the most part nice. The grounds are well maintained and every year they have annual flower ?? give away and a themed picnic every year. Maintenance is great if there’s an issue they’ll address it right away. Office personnel are always pleasant and nice. The recent updates that have been made are really nice. I’ve recently moved to an updated unit. It’s been peaceful, of course no one place is going to be perfect but if you’re in the market for a place, give them a try..

I lived at Glen Gills for two years - the apartment was spacious, affordable, and pet friendly! The grounds are well maintained, it’s close to the Oak Trail and there’s a park and a forest close by! Maintenance was responsive even during Covid restrictions, and the office staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to live, and I recommended it!

I had a great experience at Glen Hills Apartments! As a college student attending UW-Milwaukee, the apartments were a very affordable option to rent and live within close proximity of campus. The office staff were always extremely friendly and accommodating towards me. They also have an excellent maintenance staff who immediately responded to any of my requests and kept the property up to date in general. As a runner, I also really enjoyed living across the street from the oak leaf trail. I highly recommend Glen Hills Apartments to anyone looking to rent in the greater Milwaukee area!

This is a nice quiet area. For me a peaceful area is a must,and the property management makes sure to keep it that way. Having the accessibility of being able to pay your rent online is great. They strive really hard to make things as conveneient as possible for people. The increase in rent each year is unfortunate, but overall Living at Glen Hills apartments has been good.
I have been here for a long time & renewing my lease for the 6th year. The Staff (Donna, Seka, Rick, Tom, Alex & Dave) are awesome. I feel pretty safe here & it is quiet. When a repair needs to get done everything is fixed within a 24 hr or less. Also when it snows the stay on top of the lots, landscaping is great for kids to run around.

I’ve been living here for the past 3 years and I have nothing bad to say! The parking lot is always full of spot, the maintenance crew is awesome, and Donna and Sika are amazing!! This is a true community and I’m glad I could be a part of it for so long!

I'm a 9 year resident that has had very little complaints since Ive been here. Whenever there was any maintenance issue, no matter how small, it was addressed in a timely manner. The grounds are very clean. The neighbors are very friendly but respect your privacy. The rooms are spacious and up-to-date. A very nice place to live.

I have lived here for 8 years now and i love it! The buildings are well maintained, the staff is helpful amd friendly and you are minutes away from stores, restaurants and downtown Milwaukee. The school system is stellar, one more bonus for families!

My boyfriend and I moved to Glen Hills for many reasons, and we are glad we ended up here after our search. The location is perfect, and we feel we live in a very safe area where the community is excellent. We live 5 minutes from Uihlein soccer park, which is very exciting since we play a lot. Our two-bedroom couldn't be a nicer living environment because we have so much space, such nice carpeting, and I'm in love with our plank wood flooring in the bathroom and kitchen! Parking is never an issue because we have more than enough spaces right outside our building, which is really convenient. The office staff has also treated my boyfriend's and my concerns very seriously and they are always welcoming and respectful to us. One concern we really have is that our cupboards seem to be very unfinished and we felt we had to lay mats down inside of it so that our cups and plates didn't get wood shavings in or on them, but it's not that big of a deal since we are aware of it. Also, it'd be great to not have to pay for heat, but at least we have a thermostat in each room, so that sort of makes up for it a bit. Overall, we'd suggest Glen Hills to anyone and everyone! :)
I have lived here for 5yrs, I love the staff & maintenance staff. When you need any maintenance it gets done asap & have had no problems. They take pride in their properties, close to schools & shopping. They accept cats & dogs, have wonderful summer picnic for everyone so we can get to know your neighbors & staff. I would recommend Glenhills to everyone.

The community at Glen Hills is one of the most tightly-knit ones imaginable for an apartment complex. It went far beyond my expectations- in a good way! People are quite friendly. There are bimonthly breakfasts (for free!). There are events throughout the year to hang out and just enjoy the company of your neighbors. And the environment! There are rolling hills of beautifully manicured lawns, and a lovely trail out back to bike or run. The rooms are nice, well-kept, and bright and clean. Maintenance staff is prompt and super friendly. And the best part? They're definitely affordable. My experience has been 10/10, I would highly recommend.
These apartments are tuck away from the loud city. But still close enough to local shopping. There is plenty on cupboard and closet space. Really nice patio space to just wined down after a long day. Staff are always ready to help. They also have many community events, like bbqs and spaghetti dinners. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a little peace and quiet.
They offer reasonable rents when you move in, then nail you on the lease renewals. Maintenance is slipshod at best - will not fix things properly, just enough to get them done. Noise complaints will be taken by one leasing agent (who stated they had three other complaints about noise, but couldn't identify the source), but when you complain again, Management claims no one else is complaining, so nothing will be done. They offer "free flower and pumpkin" giveaways to tenants, but only on a weekday between 9AM and 5 PM, so anyone who actually has a job can't participate. In this economy with so many other apartment options, one with heat included is a better bet since heat in the winter will cost you $100 a month and wall a/c in the summer will cost you $120 a month although they will tell you that they've never heard of a power bill over $50.00/ month for a one bedroom before you move in. After living here two years, I've never had a power bill less than or even equal to $50.00 a month. Definitely a place to avoid.
