DO NOT MOVE HERE

The worst apartment living situation of my life. First, the wall boards and windows aren’t sealed correctly so no matter how clean you are, there are constant bugs. The hallways constantly smell like cigarettes. Secondly, they let maintenance in your unit whenever they feel with giving ZERO notices. Maintenance will not fix anything, make a mess, not clean up, break your personal items, and then leave. And you only find out maintenance was in your apartment by going into your apartment and realizing it wasn’t the same as you left. Third, my apartment was water damaged by the unit above, and the property failed to provide any help or assistance. The damage happened December 2022 and is still there currently in June 2023. They expect you to live in molded water damaged apartment for 6 months. The water damage was so bad that the heaters in the apartment stopped working and the moisture was so bad I had to go buy over hundreds of dollars of my own money on box heaters and dehumidifiers so the apartment could be “somewhat livable”. For a 3 month period after the water damage is when the property would randomly send maintenance out to do work without any notices. It didnt seem to be an emergency because honor how randomly they’d show up, and how much time it actually took them after the water damage to coke and try to fix it. And now 6 months later there is still tons of water damage and apartment doesn’t feel safe to live in. Whatever you do, DON’T MOVE HERE. There are plenty of other apartments for cheaper rent with no bugs, no cigarette smells in hallway, and will actually care to help their renters.
