I have experienced many complex during apartment life but Glen @ Polo has been the best around. The country gem is what I call it. It is quiet, secure, pet and kid friendly but we also have the pleasure of a man named Jody as the person who makes and keeps all of your needs met! This man is the best maintenance person. He keeps this place in shape so you know you will have a nice apartment. This person truly cares. We have gone through many changes so if you want a nice place to call home, I highly recommend to anyone.

I just recently moved into these apartments, and so far I love them and the chill, laid-back environment. The leasing office ladies was also very helpful, sweet, chill, and super, and I do mean super patience with me on doing the paperwork, signing my lease, making a last-minute change to my move-in date of my lease, getting my apartment ready at the last minute, and more. I would highly recommend her as your leasing agent if you are considering moving to the Glen at Polo Park Apartments. Also when I had my acl surgery and I could not go up three flights of stairs Alen the maintenance guy helped carry me up the stairs to my apartment super helpful staff I love it here. Also would love if they added a stair master to the gym lol

Glen Polo Park was the best choice i could of made. The property is absolutely beautiful and maintained daily. The maintenance teams are on it and happy to answer questions. The office staff is incredible! Kelsie and Scarlett are always smiling and ready to answer any question you have. Doris and Erika are great management. If I could give 10stars I would!

When moving to this apartment, I didn't believe all the bad reviews I saw. But I can confidently say these are the worst, cheapest, terribly managed apartments I've ever lived in. They are overpriced for the quality and management doesn't care about fixing/changing anything. Find a different place to live!

Moved into urine, in my toilet and busted lights, management was very disorganized about my application and move in process, if I didn’t have experience I would have been miserably lost.

Horrible experience, this was my first time ever living somewhere that I did not feel comfortable and couldn't make this my home. Within the first month of my lease, I had a collection of paper wasps and yellow jackets that somehow were always in my blinds. One day I came home from work and there were seven wasps all on the window inside of my unit. I couldn't go out on my balcony because there were so many flying around. I called maintenance to see what was up, and they came inside to look around to also discover a few were in my bedroom window sill. They said "Beats me", and left. I then had to buy my own spray and try my best to plug holes in the windows and figure out where they were coming from. After some time passed, a paper wasp fell out of the ceiling vent and onto my head. It was very exhausting to keep up with all of the wasps because I am severely allergic. The overall quality of the units is not great, but if that works for you then great. However, if you do find an issue don't expect it to be solved anytime soon. I had a fridge that leaked large amounts of water onto the floor and it took them two months to replace it. I had a pile of moldy towels on the floor to keep up with the leak. Anyone looking to move here, be aware of the dryer. I set mine on automatic dry before bed, and it ran 9 hours straight through the entire night. When explaining this to management, they responded, "That is how my dryer is too, you need to just put it on a timed dry or set a timer on your phone." Overall, I would not recommend this apartment complex. It is stressful to keep up with the constant issues as well as the constant lack of helpfulness. You get what you pay for.
Make sure to understand that your lease may not be honored, and every excuse will be brought up when you present your case. Through our 8 months of being here so far, we've had nothing but inconveniences. Your documents may be lost. Repair requests will be lost. Smoke detector inspections may be lost and have to be redone. You could potentially have to average your own water bill and hope you got it right. Make sure you document everything that you can. I do not recommend anyone consider living here at this moment. There are better options.Besides that, it's 10-15 minutes away from anywhere and the interior is absolutely cheap. Want your microwave vent to fall into your cooking food on the stove? Choose the Glen! Want your lock to stop working and have strangers almost come in your unit? Choose the Glen! Want your cabinets crooked and have screws in weird spots? Choose the Glen!
From moving in to it still being dirty, cabinet doors falling off, refrigerator with broken shelves and dirty seals and the gnats that existed in the fridge the entire lease, to pulling it out to find dog poop, dryer only drying at one temperature even after "repairs". What's that smell? Dog pee from a dog you never owned. Scared of spiders? Took two weeks for a brown recluse infestation to clear up. Wanna work out? Sorry someone stole some of the free weights. Hot tub? What hot tub. Offer to pay extra to move out? Nope wait for the bill, pay said bill, get turned into collections. Management is nice but rarely follow up. Disgusted all around to say the least.
The Glen at Polo Park is a beautiful apartment community. It has very spacious 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with spacious walk-in closets, dining rooms, balconies, and storage areas. The area is beautiful and quiet, and the residents are friendly.
Good spacious apartment. I relocated from out of town and was promised the apartment would be move in ready by the time movers arrived to move my furniture. When I arrived, the carpet was gross, I couldn't stop sneezing - this is a pet friendly place and the carpet had stains all over. Apartment staff apologized for the condition of the carpet and the manager agrees to change the carpet only if I removed the furniture. She even suggested using movers - I took her up on her offer to get movers but not to move furniture so she can do what they should have done in the first place but to move me out of the apartment complex. Manager is definitely not invested in keeping tenants. She has rehearsed responses to everything and nothing is sincere or genuine. This complex is also very far from the highway, city, shopping, etc so I cant wait to leave. Constant complains of ants and spiders from other residents.
The Glen at Polo Park is a great place to live. It is located West of Bentonville, AR. pretty much in city of Centerton. It is quite and traffic is a lot better here than down town Bentonville. Residents are nice and it is pet friendly. If you like to workout there is a nice workout facility.
Apartments are well priced and provide generous space with great quiet atmosphere. The pools and gym are ok but only decently maintained. There is a small dog park on the property. Staff can be cold and provide very poor package/mail service. Distance from town is far but almost never any traffic so drives are quick and easy.
