Poor construction and mediocre maintenance

My upstairs neighbor has a young child and he likes to run. Apartment management cannot actually do anything about it and I have to break lease early. In addition, every time I try to use air conditioning or heating a pungent smell is coming. I talked about this to apartment management and they told me that it was ozone. They were treating upstairs unit for burning smell. They reassured me smell will go away in few weeks. It has been 2 months and ozone smell is still here and I cannot use AC or heating without making my life hell. Very poor experience overall.

will ignore you

closes work orders without anything being done, my heat and ac doesn't work properly, tub leaks, stove was dented in the middle so all my food slides to one side of my pans, microwave has buttons that don't work, this place is poorly managed, there is dog poop left everywhere, i have reached out multiple times and been ignored or lied to and they wont just be real with you

Poor Management

We moved here in the early summer before one of the buildings burned down and have been here for about 4 months now. The complex is nice because of the close proximity to things in the area. No shortage of food or grocery stores which is really nice. But something major must have changed with the management because the entire staff is gone. When we first moved in, Kayla was our go to person and now she is no longer here. We had a few maintenance issues that were very quickly resolved and we were happy for the most part. However lately things are going downhill and it’s frustrating. Our dishwasher broke and has a bad electrical fire smell. We reported it and they have done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I stopped by the office to ask why, because they refuse to answer the office phone and was told that the “entire maintenance staff walked out” and they “don’t know if or when they can get to it” There is constantly trash overflowing from the dumpsters and furniture that has been dumped that’s been sitting for weeks. It’s a shame that the place is going downhill. I’m sure we’ll get the typical “we’re sorry come talk to the office” generic response, but hopefully someone who has some power to make changes here reads this and fixes the problems. We’re really bummed that things have gone downhill and hope they get on top of things to get back on track.

Great place to live!!

Lived here since 2019 and have loved it. Office staff is great and very responsive to any service requests I may have. Will be renewing my lease again later this month.

I still love it for the most part.

This is definitely somewhere you can Live, and not just Survive. I absolutely adore the current office staff- especially the property manager Meta, who has been there longer than the 5+ years we have. She always does her best to listen to everyone and get things done right. They are constantly doing things for the community, especially the kiddos, and are very welcoming. It's quite a visually appealing complex, with well-maintained greenery and gorgeous amenities. There's usually plenty of parking, and the little car wash is a nice touch as well. There are 2 pavilions on property, both with a comfortable outdoor couch and chairs, and a nice stone chimney. There are also several picnic tables and grills, and some dog bag stations and trash cans conveniently scattered throughout the property. We're a gated community with a gate system that usually works, and nice sidewalks through the entire complex. We have an Amazon hub room wrapped in mailboxes. It says we have a laundry room, but it has been closed and changed to office storage. And the security guard box (tiny room between the entrance and exit gate) has absolutely never functioned as such. The other side of the coin is that while the walls seem to be fairly soundproof for the most part, the windows most certainly are not, and the further back in the complex you are, the louder I40 is; at all hours of the day. For some reason they have designed the in-unit washer and dryer spot to be in the owner's suite in a closet with hall-blocking double doors right across from the small walk-in closet with the same door set up, and right up against the nice bathroom(rounded shower rod, sizable tub, and enough space to fit a small air mattress) It's impossible to use the bathroom or sleep if one of your roommates decide to do laundry at any point. The kids here are usually unsupervised, which is not unusual anywhere, but regularly do whatever with the pavilion furniture that's right next to the playground. (the other pavilion is secluded and next to both the pond, and a nice pretty walkway- they don't seem to know about it) Some maintenance persons will talk down to you, and act as though you don't know what you are talking about, while others are very respectful and listen (mixed bag) and the one and only place to put your trash- the compactor- is located all the way in the front between the office, and dog park #1, and is often abused/broken.

Glass Creek is great

Love this property for many reasons. It is not only beautifully landscaped and kept clean but it has the most impressive club house and amenities I have ever seen in an apartment complex I have resided here since moving back in 2016 from SWFL and love the management and all the team here in Glass Creek

Glass Creek is Apartment Heaven

I have been here at GC for 5 years now. In those 5 years I have not had one bad thing to say about management or the other kind folks that work here, in fact just the opposite. If I have a maintenance problem, they’re on it. If there’s something I need, they’re on it. Meta Lake, now our awesome property manager, has been here since before I came and has been the most wonderful and personable individual I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. It’s as quiet here as apartment living could get and has all the perks you could ask for. If I go anywhere it’ll just be to a bigger unit! You’ll love it. -Andy Brown

Amazing!!

My wife and I love it here at Glass Creek. The community is quite and clean! Our neighbors are friendly, the property is well kept, and the ducks are very interesting. Meta helped make our transition super easy and our move-in date was practically hassle free. I highly recommend working with Meta and choosing Glass Creek as your apartment home. The price is super competitive, as you will find there are other communities whose model homes don’t reflect the actual home you will be moving into l.

This is the worst complex in the area!

The Glass Creek Apartments have rude office staff, horrible maintenance, and ducks all over the property that they treat inhumanely. You can literally live anywhere else in Mount Juliet for their cost or less. DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will regret it.

Great property

Great community to live in. Meta and the staff are awesome! It is located in a great spot and the grounds are very well kept. Love having the pond and all the amenities. Office staff is very accessible if you need them.

Great Staff. Wonderful Apartment

We have lived in Glass Creek for 6 months so far. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with great amenities offered. Meta has been extremely helpful every time we have been in the office. Would highly recommend.

Terrible office management

Love my apartment i even applied for a transfer to a bigger one once my lease was up. But the office management (specifically Rose Aharn) doesn't do anything she says she is going to do. We were given a move in day then they day which was supposed to be tomorrow. i even have all the utilities set up for transfer. When Rose decided that no she told us the 9th even though i watched her right down the 2nd of their big calendar. Nobody ever tried to contact us in anyway to let us know the date had changed She then proceeds to say we were they ones that are lying and she never told us the 2nd. We repeatedly asked to make sure the move in date was the 2nd since we would have to get off work and make sure everything was transferred on time. She refused to admit she messed up and kelp saying we were lying and would not try and figure out anyway to help fix this issue. She was very rude and unprofessional the whole time and her story kept slowly changing the more we brought up what she had originally said.

One bedroom apartment

I love my apartment! The layout of the apartment works great for me. The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and I love the fact that the bathroom has an entry from the hallway and the bedroom. The screened in poolside facility is a great place to host a party. The location is great. It's just a few minutes from the Interstate & Providence Marketplace but there is no traffic getting in or out of the complex. Any issues I have had (maintenance or otherwise) have been addressed promptly by the management/maintenance team.

Love my apartment

I love my new apartment! The apartment complex is just beautiful! I cancelled my membership at Planet cause I can work out whenever I want here. Heck we even have a movie theater, that is pretty cool. The pool is closed right now but its really gorgeous and I can't wait to use it this summer. I love that I'm right off the interstate but it doesn't feel like it, so going to work is really a breeze.

Seeing through the Glass Creek

So far, so GOOD! I love these apartments. My family and I haven't lived in an apartment complex for so many years and I'm glad we chose Glass Creek Village Apts to make our new home!

LOVE IT!

We looked for s long time. This place was a little bit pricier, but the space is great, and the perks balance out the extra cost. Renters insurance is paid by complex, we got a free months rent, and we don't pay for trash. Beautiful, clean, quite, great amenities, pool is amazing, and I love, love, love the location. And yes, I'm a genuine renter sitting in front of my TV in my AMAZING apartment posting this. No regrets!!!
