The whole place has such a positive vibe! Gina helped us get into our first apartment; it has come with many questions and challenges, but Gina helped us with it all. no complaints only positivity.

One of the best customer service from a leasing office, simply the best! Our Leasing agent Britney was so amazing providing a great customer service experience.

Brittany is a doll , she made the move in process so easy and smooth and is so helpful with everything we needed and any of our questions . We love our new home , the grounds are kept and everything is so neat and clean!

I absolutely love living here. The staff is so amazing. Alexis and Analia are always ready to help with whatever I need. You can't walk in the door without Brittany and Gina always greeting you with a warm welcome. The festivities are well organized and so much fun. This place feels like home all the time. We can't forget Julio he's awesome. If your looking to move don't pass this gem by!

Britney in the front office is amazing. She was extremely helpful during my move in process and still is anytime I need something! The Gibson property is beautiful and so quiet! Well kept! Super dog friendly as well! Love it here!

The apartments at Gibson Flowery Branch are amazing. The staff is even better. You cannot go wrong with this place if you are looking for a place to live. Both Alyssa and Alexis at the front are awesome and will make sure you are taken care of.

I visited the property on Saturday, and was greeted by Britney. She was so nice and very helpful! She showed me their amazing gym and pool area, and then we walked over to view a one bedroom apartment. It was beautiful! I loved the layout and it was so spacious. Britney also offered me a snack at the end of the tour which was very nice. The property was clean and the leasing agent was attentive to what I was looking for. I would definitely consider living here.

If you want a community feel vs a place you pay rent to store your stuff this is the place! the team is so caring and involved and enjoys seeing and being a part of the flowery branch community... its obvious choice for me this is the standard of living I would choose!

The office staff are very helpful, friendly, and also very professional. Alyssa made the process of moving in easy and the apartments are modern in design. Great quite community!

Gibson is a beautiful property! Their amenities are top tier. The gym has everything you need, from free weights to smith machines to a yoga studio! The staff Nathan, Maria, Alexis and Alyssa were great!

I just moved in and I have to say Nathan and his team were incredible. I was on military orders and unable to do the traditional move-in process. Nathan was very patient, and worked with me to be able to have a place to live when I returned back from military duty. Since moving in, this community has been nothing but extremely quiet and well-kept. I think I’ll be staying here for a while. Thank you Nathan!

I’ve been searching the area for an apartment I will love once my lease where in currently at is up, Alexis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property and was able to thoroughly answer any questions I had about the property and area! I would feel safe in this community and not only is the customer service amazing but the community itself is beautiful and very kept up! 10/10 Would recommend! And again thank you so much Alexis for taking the time to sit down and help us you were amazing !

Alexis is the best. She is super knowledgeable and so kind. On top of having the best customer service, the community is in the perfect location right off the highway and so close to so many stores. You’ll have everything you need in less than a 10min drive. We are new to town and cannot wait to move in!!

Maintenance and office staff are great to work with, always willing to assist with anything needed. The gym is insane! So many machines, free weights, and a separate yoga room.

I can see the 4 and 5 stars reviews here , I was under the same note when move here last year ; time change when the Gibson management walk in . Reality will bite those that unfortunately still living at this place when time come to pay there final bill. This people are " MONEY HUNGRY" and they will squeeze every single dollar out of your pockets. Fees, Fees and more Fees and if you raise your voice guess what more fees. This complex will be another dumpster in a couple of years, like others said parking a big problem , dog stool in grounds , parking lot and also hallways around the complex, gates never a safety standard here never work properly, rats around buildings , trash bags on balconies and there are more things to enumerate. For those that plan to move out this place let me give some advise be ready to confront the office and there favorite phrase : Nothing we can do because your account is already close". Of course they already took your money.

I spoke with Alyssa H regarding questions I had over leasing options. Alyssa was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and gave me direction. Her customer service was the best I had come across with a leasing office!

Fantastic apartment community with gorgeous landscaping and beautiful apartment homes! The staff that work there are such wonderful and helpful people. Kerry in particular impressed me with her lively personality and friendly demeanor. She greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home. Highly recommend Gibson Flowery Branch!!

Visited this property and was delighted at the space, layout, and overall aesthetics of the property and amenities. Kerry was excellent showing me around the area; very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and what is available close by. Great experience.

As daunting a task as searching for a new home can be I found it to be an excellent experience visiting the Gipson property today. I was actually able to meet the Management team Alyssa was very professional and very thorough I look forward to putting in an application soon

This is a beautiful facility with all of the modern amenities you’d expect from an apartment complex of this size and in this area. Kerry is always a pleasure, greets everyone with a smile making them immediately feel welcome. I highly recommend Gibson Flowery Branch. So close to shopping and restaurants making it easy to stay connected in the community. Easy and quick commute to the airport in Atlanta.

Alexis is so informative and personable I was so impressed ! She was so on point with getting back to me about pricing and availability she responds quick and efficiently with all the paperwork needed ! She is ON IT! She was so welcoming and honestly would live here just because of her! We will definitely be considering this place in the following year! It’s a beautiful community they have so many perks for their residents and it’s close to shopping !! You can’t go wrong!
