The management is very personable and professional. Maintenance was incredible, any issue was fixed within a day with a simple email. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained and the pool is very fun. I am young woman living alone and never felt unsafe in the 4 years I lived there. Highly recommend.

Long time resident of Georgetown Village. The complex is well kept. Maintenance is out daily picking up trash and landscapers keep the complex looking beautiful in the spring and summer months. The property management is easy to get ahold of, and all are friendly and professional. Anytime I have needed maintenance my requests have been completed within 24-48 hours. I have never needed emergency maintenance, but when my neighbor below me had a water leak that originated in my apartment they were here within 15 minutes to fix the pipe. Overall I am very happy with my decision to live here. Rent is one of the most reasonable in the city that I have found.

As a first time apartment renter, I am very impressed with the service I received from Georgetown Village. Tammy was incredibly during the tour and application process. She was willing to work with my financial situation. Adam answered all my questions when I signed my lease. My apartment is spacious, clean, and very cozy! All their staff are very friendly and they do an amazing job with the upkeep of the grounds. I am excited to check out the pool and volleyball court as we head in to summer!

As a first timer living in an apartment this has been a great experience! The neighborhood is quiet considering the location. Staff keeps it well maintained and keeps up with landscaping and maintenance of buildings, parking lots, fire safety, etc. We love it here!

It is a relatively peaceful and quiet community. The dog park, pool, and volleyball area add some extra charm. The staff keep the place looking clean and maintained throughout the year. The staff whom I've talked to when out and about have been friendly. The apartment itself feels spacious and gets good sunlight with all its windows. Keeps warm in winter and cool in summer. Everything in here works and feels/looks clean. Maintenance is responsive if any issues pop up. The area is nearby primary roads that run through Toledo to connect to anywhere you need to go. Multiple bus stops nearby for easy access to public transit. Bunch of restaurants right around the block. Several grocery stores nearby. Some woodland parks within a few miles for spending some time closer to nature or relaxing near the rivers.

The pool is fantastic and if you lock the windows it's okay at keeping warm/cold. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Apartments got the job done and are bug-free so it was a perfect first appt. Oh walls are thin you can hear coughing...

The neighborhood is great. It's quiet and close to everything you could need. My dog loves the park here. She's a hound so she can't really go off leash ever, but the fenced in dog park has plenty of space for her to run around and sniff as much as she wants. It's a great place to live for pet owners

I just moved in to Georgetown Village as my first apartment, and my experience so far has been amazing! The staff are amazingly kind and helpful, and the area feels cozy and homey. Great amenities, and everything is so close by. I would definitely recommend it!

I loved my apartment! Great environment, beautiful scenery, family friendly amenities, and the management was WONDERFUL!! They were very personable, and knowledgeable! Them and the trees were probably my favorite part. Their communication system was GREAT! They even have adorable gift/ candy bags for holiday left on the door knobs ?? Fun adorable, holiday bingo as well posted in the main office; creative and thoughtful! They do their best to accommodate; I needed to move in quickly and they were sooo helpful to assist. Unfortunately moving out was due to schooling situations, but could’ve stay comfortably for years.

This place was terrible, nothing ever worked, we had to request maintenance every month. Our sink and tub would always clog up for no reason. We would spend 40 dollars a month on draino because after every single time using the tub or sink it would clog again. Our kitchen sink was literally rotted and flooded our floor and when it was “fixed” it was no better. Not to mention when resigning lease time came around they had the nerve to tell us the new rate was gonna be almost 400 dollars more. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Save your money and I guarantee you’ll find somewhere nicer.

We recently leased a 1 bedroom apartment for my son who attends the University of Toledo. The staff was wonderful to deal with. All our questions were answered and they were so helpful with the application process, and signing the lease. The apartment was ready on time, and what a surprise to find new carpet and vinyl flooring. The community is quiet and peaceful. The maintenance staff take great care of the property.

My building neighbor Carolyn lives and works here. She is one of the nicest people I have met. Georgetown is very close to Ottawa Park and UT trails for walking. It is also close to shopping. The office even accepts packages for its residents. Air conditioning and heat work very well so monthly bills are manageable.

The walls and ceilings are paper thin I never get any sleep here. There is no dishwasher and no garbage disposal and the sink CONSTANTLY stinks there is nothing you can do to fix it. I once sent a maintenance request in and didn’t see anyone until a month later. The doors and trim were originally wood and they just painted over it with white without sanding down so paint just peels off the doors. Same as in the bathroom they just painted over the tile so I constantly have paint chips coming off in the shower.

Georgetown village is the WORST place you could ever live, from the apartment hallways smelling like dog poop to weed residues all over, they don’t care and won’t fix it, they’d rather you just move out. The pool is closed almost every day and when it’s open the rough children with no supervision overtake it. And when you move out they stick you with “pro rates” on your deposit that’s no where stated in the lease. When asking questions they’d rather you just get a lawyer. The manager is worse than unprofessional, has 0 customer service skills. 0/10 DO NOT reccomend.
I love my apartment, staff is considerate, the apartment size was just what I needed at an affordable price.
Do not move here!! Horrible sewage problems. Toilets constantly backing up , entire complex floods when it rains ,due to that I have lost 2 cars. Management does no care they just want their money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MOVING HERE.
We got lucky-- our unit has a garbage disposal, a dishwasher, and 2 ceiling fans. It's a bit small but it is very nice. When we first got our keys and saw the place, we made a list of everything that needed fixed-they had everything ready for us when we started moving things in 4 days later. The rent pricing is great for how close it is to the University - about a mile and a half bike ride. I'd say it's the bet value for an off-campus University option.
