Such a cozy little community. Neighbors are friendly. Love the modern bathroom and kitchen countertop that was put in when I moved in. Large, spacious living room and lots of closets for storage space. Landlord is great at communicating and taking care of things in a timely manner.
Location is fantastic! The area is private, but close to the local park and easy access to the highway. I love the quiet neighborhood and friendly maintenance staff who have been quick to respond or fix anything I need. My place was newly renovated when I moved in, but when my washer broke, they replaced it immediately. This place is definitely a hidden gem!
I have been a tenant at Georgetown Manor PA apartments at Girio Terrace since May 2019. I find my apartment very comfortable and easy to care for. Washer and dryer on same floor is a great addition. Living room is a nice size and provides easy placement of furniture. Kitchen is small and compact but easy to move around it. Nice closet space which is a plus. Outside area is scheduled for some work this summer which will make the patio area nice for sitting outside on nice days and evenings. Our parking area is a little tight right now but understand there are improvements scheduled for that also. All in a nice to place to live

Thank you for leaving feedback. We have made many improvements to the complex, including the outside decks and patio areas. Parking is back to normal. Our maintenance staff works hard year around to keep the entire complex looking great. We are proud of the community and hope that you are too!
Would not recommend to anyone. We paid a hefty sum to live there and you absolutely do not get your moneys worth. Not to mention you will not get your security deposit back- they keep $250 off the bat for a “hold back” and then charge $350 to clean the toilet, washer and dryer, and fridge that were already cleaned ? The list was a joke. It was very dated inside- The cabinetry was from the 90’s and the air conditioners provided were not efficient and probably from the 1980s. In addition, Their snow removal process took hours to complete, so don’t expect the parking areas to be plowed until the late afternoon. Do yourself a favor and don’t spend thousands of dollars to live here, there are plenty of better quality apartments.

We are sorry to hear that this former resident was dissatisfied with his/her apartment. The industry's standard practice is to hold some or all of one's security deposit to pay for excess cleaning and damages caused by residents and their pets. There are very few occasions where residents just don't take care of their apartment and our staff has to spend many hours restoring the apartment to an acceptable condition for the next resident. With regards to the apartment quality, ours are exceptionally nice. The apartments are upgraded as residents move out. Anyone is welcome to view photos and full virtual tours of each apartment if they are interested in living with us and caring for their home.
The apartments are nice. Rents low. Washer and Dryer. Plenty of space. Some of the fixtures are dated. The walls and floors are thin, so you can hear your neighbors' every move. And the entrance way to the building can get a little over run with bugs sometimes from people leaving the doors wide open. But it's secure. And the neighborhood is quiet
