The resort town of Lake Geneva wraps around Geneva Lake and provides a public beach, a cruise line, and lakefront parks. It is also home to Big Foot Beach State Park, Aerial Adventures Outdoor Adventure Park, and Lake Geneva Canopy Tours -- making Lake Geneva as popular for tourists today as it was in the 19th century when wealthy Chicago residents built lakeside mansions as vacation homes. Several still stand, including Black Point. One of the city's oldest mansions, Black Point dates back to 1887 and is open for tours. Lake Geneva is roughly an hour northwest of Chicago and about an hour southwest of Milwaukee.
Across from the beach, restaurants, outdoor cafes, and wine bars provide a scenic welcome to the downtown shopping district. This walkable district is filled with gift shops and boutiques along with unique destinations like Tristan Crist Magic Theatre and the Geneva Lake Museum.

This place will stop at nothing to take every last dime from you. I lived there 3 years. I was promised all kinds of work that was never done. STAY AWAY!!
BEWARE! This complex was overall very disappointing and poor quality for what you pay. We moved in around the start of covid so we weren’t able to see the apartments in person. Photos of the unit were shown via email of the supposed unit we were applying for. We got the keys to our unit only to find out the photos were NOT of the unit the employee originally sent to us. The photos showed new laminate flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. When we moved in, the floors must have been 10+ years old. They were discolored dirty linoleum flooring with holes and stains. The carpets were disgusting with no padding you felt the plywood underneath in some areas. The baseboards around the bathrooms were gross and falling off with cracked paint on the walls along with dead bugs on the day we moved in. MOLD lined the living room windows. Not to mention the MICE problem we had to deal with in our kitchen cabinets and hearing scampering in the ceilings all through the night. We left feeling like we had been bait and switched. They only care about taking your money consistent with what everyone else is stating in their reviews and have no intentions of making it right otherwise they wouldn’t have all these bad reviews. Unprofessional and don’t treat their tenants well. Wish we never rented here.
Run fast from this apartment complex. The place is older and the sound proofing terrible, especially if you live in a lower unit. You want to hear elephants stomping, you'll get it. Especially if you have inconsiderate neighbors above you that have un-disciplined kids or anyone that has a dog and they allow it to run around above you. The staff at the office, unprofessional and rude. Ohhh and if you're in one of the older not upgraded apartments, expect to have a non renewal done on you. It happened to me and my neighbor next door to me and I suspect others. Terrible place to live and unless they get new management I suspect it will get worse. STAY AWAY!!!!
Couldn't be happier with my experience here at Geneva Meadows! Clean and quiet place to call home. Leasing manager was more than helpful and accommodating from the second I walked through the door. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Management is amazing and is always helpful. This property is well kept and pleasantly quiet.
We moved here about a year ago and I really like it. I am able have my pets here and it's affordable. The management has done a lot of upgrades to the places and I see them working on stuff all the time. They are friendly and take care of whatever when something breaks. I don't know what those people are talking about because whenever I go to the office the lady is really nice. She puts packages at my door if I ask and works with me if I have to pay rent a couple days late. I've never had a problem with her. Pay your rent. Clean up after your dog. It's pretty simple.
Living at Geneva Medows has been wonderful. The staff is beyond helpful & the apartments are clean, updated and well kept. The pet friendly atmosphere has also made my family and I feel right at home. I’ve lived here almost a year and couldn’t be happier.
Stephanie, Dave and I are so impressed by the attention we received from your maintenance man as well as the HVAC technicians that have serviced our furnace over Christmas. We also really appreciated the space heaters which kept our place warm and cozy. Thanks for being responsive to all our needs. Happy New Year, Dave and Gwen
Geneva Meadows is an amazing place to live. The units are very reasonably priced, spacious and clean and each apartment has its own patio. Each unit also comes with its own washer and dryer which for me was a huge plus. Geneva Meadows is also very pet friendly. I recently adopted a dog and she loves how much room she has to play both in the apartment and outside on the property. The staff at Geneva Meadows is also extremely friendly and helpful. When ever I have a question they do such a great job with immediately responding back to me. Geneva meadows is a great place to live!
