Property Ratings at Genesis Apartments
I love my apartment! They have been renovating and refurbishing as quickly as they can get crews, so there are many units not up to par. But mine, and plenty others are newly renovated and I’ve had no problems at all. Staff are very friendly. Looking forward to seeing the end result this new company is looking to achieve!
Mold everywhere, broken glass on the ground, nothing is up kept. Many units have standing water in them. No heat for weeks at a time. Absolute disgrace
I moved in friday. I be moving out right away. Filthy?, got ate up with bed bugs. And i waited 7 weeks for them to get mine ready. It was filthy. Bad apartments, bad employees and bad management. Save yourself the trouble.
