Gateway is a great community been living here for 5yrs and had no issues. I hear a lot of bad things about gateway but honestly I have no complaints. The ARE program they have is great. When you feel you can’t met the criteria of paying rent this program gives you opportunities to help in that area

Gateway Townhomes is a great place to stay very roomy and they also have payment agreements that called A.R.E very helpful plan so u want fall behind Gigi is a lot of help to help u get started.

I’ve lived in Gateway Townhomes for going on four years now and have not had any issues. Maintenance and property management have always been really great as well as very timely and responsive. Their ARE program is also very nice as it allows you to split your monthly rent into two payments which has definitely come in handy!

I just signed my lease for the fourth time! Very nice community. There always some kind of activity hosted by the office during the summer for the kids.

If you're ok with outdated appliances and a manager who is heartless and hides in her office, this is the place for you.

This property is nice for a small family and somewhere to reside for numerous reasons. I moved here to start my life over again and a break away from the city. Going thru financial hardship can cause alot of mental, emotional and physical stress. I’m saying this to say that ARE PROGRAM has helped me and my family from being evicted. The program allows you to make 2 payments towards your rent for the month to keep a roof over your head. It’s a great program to enroll in when you’re having financial hardship. And during the time we’re living it hard for everybody. The office manager Ms. GiGi is very professional is def appreciated. The ARE PROGRAM she offers more than she knows. They have a great program to help pay rent if you cant pay all at once(ARE). Schools in the area and bus stops right in the complex, mall is less than 10 mins away and restaurants as well. We have small parks and BBQ grill o the grounds as well. Maintenance is on time for none- emergency issues, they keep the grounds nice in the summer. I've lived here since 2015 and since upgraded to a 3 bedroom from my 2 bedroom with ease. Nice place to raise a family, room to grow within the community.

I've been here since March 2020 and my experience has been wonderful from the politeness of the staff at the office, to the maintenance crew, the snow removal crew as well as the lawn care service. The entire area has been peaceful throughout the years. The a.r.e. program has been a tremendous blessing to me. Maintenance gets the job done and they're always respectful. The office staff have always been kind to my daughter and me. My daughter enjoys the fact that she can go out and play in front of the house and I enjoy taking walks in the complex in the summertime. The grounds are well kept.

Gateway offers real solutions for financial hardship! They have an ARE program that allowed me to make smaller payments towards my rent! I was so stressed and scared but they were so supportive and are always so courteous!!

Love this community they have a great program called the ARE program which is very helpful it keeps u paying on time with out having the stress of not being able to pay . Also love how they show appreciation for the complex bye doing things for the kids the Halloween ?? food trucks was very nice kids was able to get candy and great food the staff is also nice even under stress they still have been very nice and understanding.

My headline states it all... The Gateway Townhome Community and staff is awesome. I've been a resident for 7 months now and from the beginning the management team has welcomed me and children with open arms. Gi Gi and Dominique make sure that they go above and beyond with any housing issues or matters that you might have. They also have a really awesome program called ARE, trust me it's a life saver!!! Sometimes hardships may occur and the management team try their best to be understanding so that you and your family can maintain your home. I’ve been here for a few years. The office staff is sooo nice and helpful. Especially GiGi. She has helped me so many times! I love my home. So spacious lots of storage. The laundry facilities on site now have capability to use an app to wash and dry your clothes! Just add funds to your account, scan a QR code and go! No more quarters if you don’t want to! Neighbors are so friendly. Easy access to 275. Very close to Taylor with lots of shopping and restaurants.

Gateway is a great place to live. I have been living here 10 years and it is quiet, family oriented and accessible to many places. I enjoy the staff at Gateway as well as the maintenance people. I recommend Gateway for a pleasant place to live.

This might be the best complex in Michigan! Very often there are food trucks that cater to residents free of charge. It’s quiet around here, very convenient not to mention it’s right across the street from the airport. If you love to travel or aspire to travel sometime during your life move here avoid the crazy airport parking fees. Please don’t be discouraged, you only hear 1 or 2 airplanes a month fly over your head.. if that. It’s beautiful here and I love it. I bet you will too!

I have been living at Gateway Townhomes for 2yrs now and I absolutely love it. Not just because the units look nice. I love living here because of Management. A lot of times we move places and a lot of people can complain about management. That certainly isn't the case here. Gigs, Cathy, and Dominique are truly amazing people at heart. Going through some of the most difficult times in my life Gigi has been there. She is ALWAYS one call away. When my children and I had Covid, although she was only one call away...Gigi called us often and checked on my family and I. When my little sister passed suddenly....Gigi called often to check on me and not just check on me. Gigi called and had deep talks with me. She offered words of comfort and encouragement. That was the most difficult time in my life. When I felt like I didn't have anyone to be there for me, I feel like God sent Gigi to let me know how much I wasn't alone in that moment. I was certainly reminded that God sends people in your life for more than one reason. So many times, Gigi has shown that she is not just a Assistant Property Manager. She wears many hats. They say that "Home is where your heart is".....well Gateway to me is home and Gigi is certainly will forever be apart of my heart.

I love living in Gateway Townhomes, the location is clean and the landscaping is beautiful. We have a full size laundry facility and close to all freeways. Its a play area for children and bus picks up the babies within the complex. Maintenance is always on time with fixing anything that breaks and sometimes they fix things that they notice while they are there. Office staff is friendly and very helpful. Been living here since 2015 never have any issues, Gateway Townhomes is a great place to raise children. Lovely place to live.

I been living in Gateway Townhomes over 6 yrs, friendly staff.. Maintenance is great and take care of issues in reasonable time, most times same day if called.. The grounds are beautiful... Staff is sympathetic on hards times (personal experience) very spacious apartment. Full size laundry facility is a plus for me. Great place to raise children..
