recently had pipes burst. the maintenance team did a great job and got it done. the maintenance team was really nice and understanding about getting it done as well. it did take 3 days to fix however.

Close to downtown
The proximity to downtown and good grocery stores is a great feature. The apartment is old, but well maintained. It's close to the Bryan Park so you can go on a nice walk anytime.

Staff is fine. Neighbors are not!
No complaints with management or staff, besides the somewhat dog park. But the neighbors are extremely impolite. Some residents don’t keep their patios clean, some with trash bags, dirty clothes, pillows and foul smells emanating from them. Car alarms constantly going off. Neighbors leave their dogs on their patios unattended to bark for hours and my upstairs neighbors are extremely loud, stomping, slamming things, causing the walls to shake. This is not a friendly work from home community AT ALL.

I’ve been living here since 2018! It’s close to my job and all of my favorite hangouts, very convenient! They view of downtown isn’t too bad either!
