We are opening a new community in Spanaway called Gateway by Vintage that will have availability of 2 bed 1 bath and 3 bed 2 bath apartment homes this Spring 2019. We are running a 6-12 month waiting list for our 1 bed 1 bath homes. We accept dogs, cats and fish and have breed restrictions for dogs.
