Gateway is mid-range in terms of price, but you definietly get your bang for your buck. The community is super clean, they screen people well so you get good neighbors, the office staff is friendly and efficient, maintenance is better than anywhere I have ever lived, and it's really peaceful. I recommend living here all day long.

This is a beautiful property with the best leasing and maintenance team. Any concerns I have are always tended to promptly, though there are few. I've lived here over a year and there have really been no issues - I love living here!

Cortland Gateway is a beautiful living arrangement! The apartments are spacious, brand new finishings, beautiful views and clean common shared areas. The management team is so kind and friendly, highly responsive in a timely manner and the community is so kind. There are constant events, food trucks, and so much more. The gym is beautiful and perfect for working out on your own time! We are so happy we chose this location to live at!

Rent is way too high for a community whose only amenity is the pool for residents and a pool table. Cost to value is not worth it. Management team is okay, they do what they can with what we got and always friendly. Package room is a nightmare 9 times out of 10.

This apartment is absolutely horrible. The rent is WAY TOO HIGH for the location and amount of care put into the community. The staff is constantly getting turned over and the current front office staff is the full embodiment of the tiktok leasing agent that is making fun of leasing professionals.

We walked into the front office without an appointment and was welcomed by Mark and felt very happy with all our questions and a tour. We was sold on Courtland and did not look anywhere else. We was in the processing of putting our house on the market after 30 years so apartment hunting was made ease as well as the application process. We are extremely happy with Courtland Gateway and love the way our life has become so less stressful without having the extra responsibility of owning a house.

I love life here. Always surrounded by luxurious landscaping and the best pool ever. All the amenities are clean and the complex feels like a resort but is still home-y. Anytime I have company over we get so many compliments! The staff is 10/10 and all my interactions with neighboors has been more than friendly. The staff takes the time to organize resident events like food trucks, pool parties and a wine night next week. Service requests are always taken care of quickly. The care that goes into this property is evident in the community it creates.

Cortland Gateway is a great place for your animals. It's very dog friendly and believe it or not I see cats on leashes and enjoying the clean walking path around the pond. The team is super friendly and I enjoy doing all the amazing activities. We love it here! ??

Cortland Gateway makes you feel so involved within our community. From yoga classes, to food trucks, to awesome pool parties and so much more! I am so happy my girlfriend and I chose this place. Cortland Gateway is great. Any issues I have had here are just typical things that everyone encounter no matter where you live. The property is safe and very well kept.
