Don’t live here. We just moved out. It has ROACHES AND THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU. I use to live on the second floor. They would not let us out our lease
The apartment complex is ran poorly. Garbage is always left out with trash everywhere. The place is power washed once a year. Kids are left unattended causing havoc . Most of the time, the resident are not able to use the amenities described in our resident contract. The pool area is hardly cleaned. Washing facility is always dirty and the machines are constantly breaking down and leaving puddles of water on the floor causing a liability issue. The onsite maintenance is terrible with cleaning and keeping up the property. The photos are promo-illusions. I am not an irate customer, I am a concerned resident.
All visitor parking is used by tenants. There isn't any place for visitors to park. Then the visitor parking in the rear of complex has a lot of break ins.
This apartment complex offers terrific rental rates for people who are on a budget. The location couldn't be perfect for BART riders and also for people who go shopping at Costco, Safeway, Walmart and the Marina Square. The staff is very supportive and always ready to assistance tenants. Each apartment includes a porch, which adds more space to your area especially if you need extra space for storage. The complex also has a gym and a swimming pool. The area is in a free crime zone; I have been living here for 14 years now and have never heard of any crimes. Pascal M, San Leandro CA
