Located along the Mississinewa River between Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, Gas City is a small town with a strong sense of community. Gas City residents come together for a variety of year-round events, including the annual Fourth of July Celebration, DuckTail Run car show, and seasonal Concerts in the Park.

Gas City’s historical roots are evident throughout the town, but especially along Main Street—the primary commercial thoroughfare brimming with an array of shops and restaurants in quaint brick buildings.
